Per our request they removed 5 very large trees and trimmed several large trees. They worked very efficiently without driving any equipment on the lawn and did a pretty good job of cleanup. We hired Meadowbrook to install sod and irrigation, and unfortunately the experience has been very…read moredisappointing. Since the installation, we have had a persistent standing water issue in our yard. I spoke directly with the building inspector regarding our deck project, and he confirmed that he reviewed the approved plans and thoroughly inspected every hole prior to installation. He verified there were no water pipes near the foundation and approved the work without issue. Davor, who was also involved, confirmed the same and noted that our sump pump drains properly away from this area. The inspector advised that the water problem is likely due to sprinkler placement and improper grading. Meadowbrook previously represented to me that the yard had been properly graded before the sod was laid, but based on both the inspector's findings and the conditions in my yard, it is clear that this was not the case. Despite repeated conversations, Meadowbrook has failed to take responsibility or provide a plan of action to correct the issue. This problem has been ongoing far too long and should have been resolved promptly. The amount of money that I spent is definitely not worth the value.
