The quote was reasonable and he was upfront that they would not be available until the following week due to jobs already scheduled. He answered some other questions about trees on our properly and recommendations for the future. I was able to schedule a date and they arrived as promised. They removed several dead trees, even identifying another with severe rot to be removed that was hidden by other fallen trees which would have been a problem later. I wish I could give the company more than just five stars. Parts of a large tree came down in the drive and hung up on wires over the street. They were out in a short time and had the whole mess cleaned up in only a couple of hours. They even reattached the phone line to the house so it wasn't laying across the dive and sidewalk. Able Tree was doing a job across the street from us. They were amazing to watch. We have a very old Silver Maple that was looking sad. I've feared that it was diseased. The branches hung down very far and there were some dead ones. I walked out and asked if someone could look at it. WELL, Tim the owner came into my yard, told me that old trees look like ours and that he could fix it up for half the estimate that my husband said. AND they could do it today. He rolled equipment into my yard without any problem. Not the fence, not the camper, nothing. Quick as a wink he took the canopy up and the men whisked in to clean the yard. I had able tree come out and do two trees in my front yard. I also had them trim up a tree that was hanging onto my roof.They were very fast and efficient. Everybody knew their job and did a very well. Clean up was Immaculate they even grinded the two trees stumps. That was last year. This year I had them come and remove 14 trees from the back line of my backyard. Again they were very fast and efficient and stump grinded every tree. We contacted a couple of companies for quotes to remove two large pines from our backyard. Tim called back that day and came out that evening. He gave us recommendations on a couple other trees that weren't going to hang on much longer (fruit trees already past their prime) and gave a us a very reasonable quote. In total we had the two pines, a cherry, a sassafras, and an old stump cut down. Able Tree Experts was the only company we contact that actually came out to our property to look at what we wanted done - two just sent e-mail quotes without even coming out. The guys came out within a week of us calling back saying we were ready to move forward. Within two hours all the work was done and everything was cleaned up. They did a phenomenal job and other than bare spot where grass didn't grow under the pines anyways, you would never had known there were two trees growing on that side of our yard. this group took down a huge tree in the middle of my deck today, they were absolutely incredible!! Please feel free to call me if you have questions....I got 3 bids and saved $1,400 with them and they were so great working around wires and never touched the deck. We contacted several tree services regarding removal of the 26+ year old Elm in our back yard. Unfortunately, most of the tree companies simply chose not to return our calls/messages. Able Tree Experts came out to quote the job the same day they were contacted, which was pleasantly surprising to begin with. We made sure to research pricing ahead of time to get an idea of what to expect (who isn't on a budget these days??). I cannot attest to what is "fair pricing", as that is an individual opinion based on what the service is worth to you - however, Able Tree Service was totally in line with our pricing research and between $800 to $2500 below their competitors. The company arrived early for the job (after they contacted us for approval), they were friendly, professional, had their equipment unloaded in literally minutes, started and finished the job in what seemed like record time, raked up, removed all debris (and even picked up some yard debris that our township was supposed to remove for us).
