Alan came out to my house on a Saturday mid afternoon, no questions asked. He spent about 10 minutes on my property, assessed our trees, and answered all our questions. We were concerned about having to cut or trim trees down but he recommended alternative solutions. Although we didn't end up needing any services, Alan didn't even charge us for the estimate! He wouldn't even take a tip! You can tell he takes pride in his business and the environment. This is the second time we had Budget out for work on our trees. Unfortunately this time was because of the 100 year wind storm we had. We needed a number of pine trees removed, one that had fallen and others that were now leaning. I know they were swamped and the guys were tired as this was Saturday, a couple days after the storm, but they were extremely professional, nice, quick, and cleaned the place up very well. Budget had previously done done some work in our neighborhood so when we needed to have two large dying spruce trees that were very close to our house removed, we called them. We were very impressed with Allen and the entire crew and very pleased with the quality of the work they did with these trees being so close to our house. Stumps were ground and clean up was excellent. Now you'd never know that those trees were ever there.
