    I went in Ecotopia over the weekend because I'd heard they have a great selection of audio…read moreequipment. That's an understatement. There are stacks all over the store of receivers, tuners, turntables, and speakers. The owner, Moses, was super friendly. He was helping some other folks when we went in, so after he was done with them I asked him for his advice. I didn't realize that meant he would spend almost two hours with me, showing me what equipment he had. He really seems to know his stock back and forth, pulling out names of speakers that were under stacks and insisting that he'd love to let me hear them if I wanted. He told me about the speaker designers, the characteristics of each brand, and what kind of sounds would be emphasized with each. He insisted that every piece of equipment was fully checked when he brought it in He laid out all my options, within my price range, for the styles of music I listen to, and preferred making me listen to different speaker combinations rather than describing them to me. This took some time to attach and detach each set from the receiver, but I really did learn a lot about what the different speakers sounded like, and which brands have similar profiles. Ultimately, I was happy to have a guide that was patient. I didn't anticipate spending so much time to do so, but I don't regret it at all, since it is an investment. I found a set of speakers that I love (after listening to about 10 different sets) that should be perfect for what I need. Ultimately, I think I maybe paid a higher price than I would have gotten on ebay or craigslist for my speakers, but Moses was ridiculously helpful and patient with me and was happy to give me the information I needed. I'm also sure that the speakers are in good working condition - which is worth a lot as well. I don't know about the repair aspect of his shop, but if you want to buy some modern or vintage equipment, Moses can hook you up.

As I began to drive off a bewildered man came out with a phone pressed to his ear and kept apologizing he was on an international call. I showed him my envelope with $1500 cash that was going to be used in a purchase at that time. Then he says its not about the money. What is it about then Ecotopia? Is it about being all alone in a store with nobody to help because they are on international cell phone calls? Please I will not be back, ever.

With that in mind, I visited this location intending to decide on a large purchase. It was not busy on a Saturday morning at 10:30am, and the customer service representative was trying very hard to be attentive even though I could tell he'd been out partying late the night before. I knew exactly what I needed (hair dryer with WiFi), and got out with my purchase in less than 10 minutes. I hope Best Buy can survive another few decades before succumbing to the inevitable.

This place is extremely clean, all the staff we bumped into were courteous and friendly . The front lady greeting us as we came in, Kevin and Tyler in the TV section and a guy ?? Walton in appliances. No one here is rude and all were helpful. We will be back here for certain. So the TV set gets delivered and I'm reducing my rating from 5 star to one STAR. When the delivery guys showed up they refused to take off there shoes and were ok with tracking snow on our "just cleaned carpet". I asked if I called your manager what would he say? He said they have those blue booties but they just wet anyway . One guy was plain rude when I asked him about taking the other TV upstairs as I was told they would do as part of the $119 dollar set up charge.. There sei is to take the 85 inch TV out of the box, set it where you want it, plug it in and leave. Afterward, The one guy offered to take the other TV upstairs but I told him not with your snow packed shoes on, trying to call the store and talk to a manager is also non-existent. Worse delivery service I have ever experienced. I had to go back into goggle and yelp to lower rating from 5 Star to one star.

I called 611, talked to "J" and was told I was eligible for: -$800 credit towards new 16 pro. -Can get in store or online -I'd have to pay taxes on phone When I got to store, they expected me to change my plan. Um. What? Nowhere in the commercial did it say anything about plans! Nor did 'J' mention me having to upgrade my plan. And to say I was eligible meant he had to check my plan. I was told by one of the 611 agents, "That's why you call customer service". I did!! I've now called 611 four more times and I get the same answer. Seems like T-Mobile doesn't want to honor what their employee discussed with me, that the promotion I saw on TV doesn't apply with the plan I have even though the first person I spoke to ('J') said I qualified, after he checked my plan, for the $800 credit. They don't want to give me what their customer service person said I was entitled to. One thing about me is I take notes!! Times, dates, people I talk with, how long on the call, and what they said! I'm a note taker. A supervisor at T-Mobile gave a $50 credit on my account. I told him it should be an $800 credit as that's what 'J' said my credit towards a new phone was, verified and approved! After today's calls, I'm convinced T-Mobile is unwilling to make this right. How they have treated me is dreadful. I believe they're trying to make me out to be the bad guy. I'm not. I JUST WANT WHAT I WAS TOLD I COULD GET. NOTHING LESS. NOTHING MORE!

Doesn't look like the usual Red target that I'm used to. I stopped by to look for several items for our store. A small space microwave, toaster oven, trivet, oven mitts and pads, utensil caddy, tongs, spatula, 3M hooks for hanging items in the kitchen and break room area on the wall and whatever other items I could think of that might be good for our break. I wanted the Black and Decker microwave, but they had none, so I ended up with the Kenmore instead. Although I wasn't able to find the coffee maker pad, I was looking for or the utensil caddy. I'm hoping I can improvise with other items instead. $260 later. I got just about everything on my buy list.

I arrived at Walmart around 2:46 PM, quickly grabbed a phone charger, and stood in line at the electronics register behind another customer. After waiting in line patiently, the cashier waited until it was finally my turn to inform me, "Oh, you can take that up front. He just had something locked." This meant I had to walk all the way to the front of the store again and check out there, which defeated the purpose of waiting in the electronics line. The issue isn't the direction to pay upfront -- it's the lack of proactive communication and customer consideration. If the cashier had simply informed me before I waited, I could have avoided unnecessary delay while already pressed for time. Customer service means being clear, helpful, and considerate. A simple statement like, "you can pay for that up front so you don't have to wait here," would have saved time and shown professionalism and courtesy. I am submitting this because I believe customer service training in awareness and communication would greatly improve customer experience. I wasn't asking for convenience, just basic courtesy.
