I went into the store during Christmas break to find out how to transition from Sprint to T-Mobile. He said that turning in our older model IPhones would give us a $600 dollar credit toward a new iPhone. We said "thank you but we are going to shop around and we will come back if we decided to move forward with T-Mobile". After a few weeks, we came back to the store and a "newer" guy (chubby White guy) was assisting us. As I was explaining the situation to him and letting him know that we had been there before, the black gentleman that had helped us before ran over and started typing on the other employees computer. Then all of a sudden our $600 credit was reduced to $400. The chubby white guy stated that the $600 credit had expired. We went to another T-Mobile store and they told us the $600 credit remained and honored it. Don't go to this store as the integrity of the employees there lacks any honor. The other store mentioned above was extremely helpful and straightforward. The manager of the Hill store should be managing both of these stores.

But the man in the store lured me into buying 2 chargers for 14$ which isn't a bad price, but it was literally like handing a random man 89$ dollars for nothing in return.. 75$ for the repair of my iPad and 14$ for the chargers. Anyways, the wait time was about 3hours and i had my hopes up for these people because my charging port was lose. I came back there just to see the lady walking around helping other people with my screen and wires to my ipad hanging around!? In the end, this store did not help at all and my port still lose.. a waste of money!
