Their promises of potential utility savings are understandably vague, Our 35 year old home is well insulated and with quality windows, does not have ducts passing through unheated crawl space or attic. Month to month and even year over year it is hard to precisely measure energy use and savings because each season and year has varying temperatures. However, overall after three years of experience, I believe that sealing ductwork improved our comfort and HVAC efficiency and it was a good longterm investment.

My house is 5 minutes from their location. I was told that if there was still an odor, they would come out and retreat. The pet odor was not adequately removed. The new tenant was complaining of a lingering odor. When I called back for retreatment, they would not come out unless I paid another $100. If you call them for odor removal prepare to be underwhelmed. Sprinkle baking soda, you'll get better results. The 1 star is for not standing behind your word or your work.

He came out to our house for air duct cleaning gave us a bogus estimate over the phone for $450 to begin and then he dropped it to $350. The I found his company online through a made-up profile, he shows up at our house he talks a good game but he absolutely did not fix anything I actually had to take my furnace apart just to fix where he screwed up, he promises pictures of every vent before and after. I received two pictures that aren't even of the same vent and I don't even know if there ours. We told him prior that our landlord would be paying and that we would need an invoice. He agreed, then before he left he demanded we pay cash check or Zelle and told us he could not leave until he was paid! And he had the audacity to ask for a tip!! Luckily our maintenance guy had painted a lot of the things shut so I was able to tell after he left that he did not do three of our vents or the air return and we only had five!! This is a complete scam and please do not reach out to this man!! I thought he was just a smooth talker young kid trying to make some money and it turns out he is a complete scam and I guess it's a really common thing for this type of service because you do not need a license.
