Chris was efficient, informative and professional. Showed us before and after pictures. We would highly recommend Airduct Clean. read more

Chris did a fantastic job for a fair price and was so understanding with time my constraints. Definitely would recommend this company to everyone and I will for sure book with them again. read more

Highly recommended company, extremely thorough and explain all they're doing as they go along. I've used other companies in the past and they are not a patch on Airduct Clean. They show you before and after pictures and you will not believe all the stuff they clean out of your ducts and furnace. read more

Cleaned everything very well. Definitely use the service again. Glad I chose this company.

Chris and Lee of AirDuct Clean were prompt, respectful, professional, and extremely effective in solving my problem. My new dryer now works as intended after they removed a huge amount of debris from the vent. Lisa, the administrative assistant. made sure I got a receipt for possible reimbursement from co-op management. Couldn't ask for better. read more

This is for their groupon listing, It's listed at $78 but there's plenty of fine print for the life of me couldn't see it until after the groupon was paid for. Once they had me on the phone I was quoted somewhere north of $300 which is a reasonable price to pay for a service like this, but not when you think you're getting and awesome grouping deal for $78 I think they should adjust their groupon price to be closer to what they're real price is, I find this so misleading. Personally I found it insulting and off-putting. read more

Airduct Clean - Look at the fine print people - Air Duct Cleaning Near Me - Ann Arbor, Michigan

Airduct provided a reasonable quote and explanation for their service. The service was available within a week, which helped us to move forward with our house project. The service team was right on time at the indicated service time and cleaned our airducts as agreed upon. The team also point out construction deficiencies and was able to remedy the issues during their visit. We are happy with the service, response time and the price. Definitely worth a recommendation. read more

Well, they arrived in a Kia Soul?? I thought they would have had a big vacuum truck. As the website had shown. The price more than doubled. They had only a small battery operated vacuum. They asked to borrow my vacuum. They left grease stains on my new very light grey carpet. The home was totally covered in dust when they were done. Then they asked us to make the check out to a totally different company than what we thought we hired. They were polite, I give them that. The one guy seemed to be somewhat knowledgeable on the system. I would not recommend them. I was considering canceling the check. read more

The owner, Chris, and his assistant came out to clean the dryer vent in my parents' historic Ann Arbor house. Their website was easy to read and has good reviews and we were thrilled they could come within the week. The day of the appointment they arrived on time, wore booties, and went above and beyond. The price may have been a little higher than other quotes, but given what a challenge the work was, we all believe it was money very well spent! For a tough job, you want experts. And in this case, the job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, involving the removal of an historic wood wall panel to access the dryer vent, and fabricating a new elbow connection out of parts in their van. Chris and his assistant were technically proficient, professional, and patient, and most importantly, they got my parents' dryer vent cleaned and operational again. Also, no joke, disaster averted!!! There was so much lint backed up to the machine and while it was cool to see, it was scary to realize how dangerous that was. I'm thankful we hired them and would recommend them to solve your most complicated dryer vent challenges. read more

Air Duct clean came out and did a great job cleaning out our ductwork after some basement construction caused a lot of dust buildup. They also brought my dryer vent up to code and it looks really nice! Would recommend them for Air Duct cleaning! read more

Airduct Clean was very responsive from the initial request of a quote to them completing the service at my house. My dryer vent exits through the roof so knowing this I knew it would be more expensive and tricky to get cleaned. They were very competitive on their quote and was able to service it the next day from the initial request. They were fast, clean and efficient on cleaning out my vent. Definitely recommend and will use them again. Thanks! read more

I had a clog in my 2nd story dryer vent that exits out my roof. Called another company in White Lake who failed to unclog the line and had no idea what to do when their snake didn't work. Called up Airduct Clean and had a much better experience. Chris and his assistant came out, crawled up into the attic and physically replaced a 4 ft section of pipe that was jammed up with twigs. Apparently a bird had been hard at work building a nest up there and dropped a lot of debris down my vent. Very happy with the results! Their cleaning fee was less than the previous company, as well. Great value and experience, will definitely be using them from now on. read more

I had major construction in my home so there was lots of dust. It was a necessity. I used this company due to a discount coupon on Groupon for $99. I found out that it only covered 10 vents but that's cool. I paid $300 extra due to the fact I had 21 vents and 2 Mains. I did research and the average is between $300 to $500. The guys were professional and thorough. They were on time and did not have me waiting around all day as most places do. He explained what they were going to do and even gave recommendations on my dryer vent. The only thing that was missed was the camera pictures. I never saw those. Overall, they did a good job. I did receive the pictures of the vents. I am giving a 5 star for great follow-up. It was appreciated. read more

I had a totally plugged dryer vent and it had been a while since I've had the HVAC ducts cleaned. I checked out a few company's on line and decided from the reviews and called Airduct clean first. After talking with representative on the phone she explained clearly how they would clean everything out what the cost would be. I was so impressed that I didn't call anyone else. They arrived as scheduled and the crew was very professional in every way. They showed me before and after photos of the ducts when they were done. I highly recommend them for cleaning anything you would need. read more

We just had our ducts cleaned by AIRDUCT, and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful group of people to anyone, including family, neighbors, and friends. The are professional, clean, hardworking, thorough, and genuinely good people. Their pricing was very fair and completely upfront. They actually went way above and beyond what I expected. My wife and I appreciate such professionals and look forward to recommending them to anyone that I know. read more

They advertise a deal on Yelp that they do not honor. I contacted them through Yelp, and was given a quote of $500 to clean all of our vents. I then purchased the deal (pay $100 for a $250 credit). When you purchase the deal there are zero restrictions, it doesn't say you have to spend a certain amount or that it is only for so many vents. When they showed up they claimed that there were all of these secret restrictions and that if I wanted to use the purchased credit they were just going to increase the price to cancel out the value. I made them aware if there are restrictions on the deal they should be spelled out so that a customer knows there are restrictions. This was about 2 months ago and they are still advertising the deal, total scam. read more

I requested a quote on Saturday after being frustrated with the birds living in my air vents. Airduct replied same day and was out Monday morning to get the job done as they said. The air quality is so much better in my house. Thank you and I would recommend them over and over. read more

I found Air Duct Clean on Groupon for a great price. It turned out that I had more vents and trunk lines than I thought and was originally quoted but they were willing to work with me on the price (even though I decided to skip a few of the additional vents to save the money). As soon as they began working a fuse blew and as much as we tried we could not reset the breakers- this ended up being a deeper electrical issue that an unskilled electrician worked on prior to me owning the home. Not only did Air Duct call out an electrician, they paid for the services the electric company provided (which ended up being around $200!). I was shocked that they covered this when the issue was not their fault (it just so happened that the power surge from their machine triggered it!). I couldn't be happier with the Air Duct technicians (Don and Amber) and the service! I would recommend this company! :) read more

Spoke to someone on yelp to get an estimate, they were very nice and answered everything I asked. He gave me a price and scheduled a date and they arrived bright and early, looked at all my vents and answered any questions. Then they got started! Price didn't change upon arrival which was great. Highly recommend! read more

Quick clean and efficient! ! These guys went above and beyond what I thought! The before and after was crazy! My daughter has bad asthma and allergies this will definitely help I think! There were 3 guys super quick!! When I need it again I won't go anywhere else! read more

The owner, Chris A. is an all around great guy and his crew does great work. Chris spoke to me over Yelp messages with genuine intent of trying to solve an issue I had with my AC and even went as far as to allow me to FaceTime him and show him my problem to help me without any expectation of payment. Not once during any of the conversations did he try to solicit payment out of me or even suggest that his paid services may be necessary. Chris is clearly beyond intelligent in his field and seems to actually want to help the people who hire him rather than do a low quality job and collect a check. I have absolutely no doubt I'll be contacting this company for any future services in this field that I require. Keep up the good work!! read more

Well unfortunately I found out this company is out of the service area for me and I was disappointed because I have read so many good reviews. However I just wanted to rate their return service phone call. I called and left a message and within 15 minutes they called me back to speak with me. The lady who called me back was very courteous and I am very disappointed I live too far from their area. read more

I purchased a Groupon from them for a complete home air duct cleaning. First, making the appointment was very easy and I had no problem getting a hold of someone to set it up. They note they'll be at your home within a 3 hour block but were still very prompt with communication, leaving me a message stating that they'd be there more around 1pm (for a 1-4pm time block). They were on time and very friendly, professional, and attentive to everything in your home during the cleaning. As I have a rather unique size filter size, they were helpful in measuring it and making recommendations for a new air filter. I'd definitely recommend their service, with or without the Groupon (or Yelp deal)! read more

We have owned our house for 15 years and never got around to getting the ducts cleaned. We had a major kitchen renovation so it was time to do so. Scheduling with Amy was a breeze! Tony called to let us know their ETA, and he and Eric arrived promptly at 9am. They were friendly, kind, knowledgeable and respectful. I followed them around a bit and asked questions. They showed me pictures as they worked. I think their major task turned out to be cleaning the dryer vent. Sorry for the lint shower, Eric! I promise I will not wait 15 years for another cleaning! You were right - drying time is now cut by another 10 min per load! We highly recommend their services. read more

Chris was professional and explained everything over the phone to me regarding our Living Social coupon. I knew in advance what to expect--no hidden costs. The crew was professional and thorough and showed us every vent before and after. Amazing what was in those 40 year old ducts! My wife and I are breathing easier, and the circulation to the upstairs has improved significantly! I highly recommend! read more

I had my gas dryer vent supposedly cleaned by this company. Total rip-off. It was $200 for 5 minutes where the techs didn't even remove the dryer vent. The techs left and I discovered they blew the lint all over my backyard. I called the office and they apologized but said the weather was the cause??? It was not windy outside. I asked for a discount or refund and received neither. The company only accepts check or cash, no wonder. Run for the hills from this company. read more

We had a wonderful experience calling on AirDuct Clean. Our organization was preparing to relocate to a larger facility which required serious cleaning from top to bottom. The main concern was the disconnected and filthy duct work. Chris and his professional team went above and beyond to go the extra length in securing the unfinished ducts while cleaning them thoroughly throughout the building. We were very pleased with their performance, professionalism, friendliness and positive attitude. Our group would highly recommend this company and Chris' team. read more

These guys did a great job. They arrived early after calling me to make sure it was ok. They worked very professionally and quickly. They showed me before and after photos of all the vents and duct lines. The guys were polite and courteous and the price was better than any other estimate I got! Top notch business, I've already recommended them to three friends. Thanks! read more

Really impressed with Chris and his professionalism! We will definitely recommend Air Duct Clean to our friends!!

The team arrived promptly, were very courteous and exceptionally professional. They thoroughly cleaned the system; but; did were quite efficient. Great service!!!!! Very happy with the guys who came out. Friendly and informative. The went above and beyond.

I always like to support local businesses in the city I'm residing in, so based on that, a friends experience, and a yelp special grupon like deal, I picked air duct clean. Even tho I felt that getting ahold of this company was a little odd- run like a call center, having to leave messages and be called back ( very promptly tho) that all seemed minor when the team showed up at my house. Plus, I was able to schedule with in a week from when I called. The crew was very professional, contentious, and made sure to walk me through the whole process as well as the price, before any work was done. They were very neat and clean, for such a messy job, and left my house very clean. We even had some vents and return covers that we're put back on more securely than they were found. Durring the process I was shown many before and after pictures too. This was a great experience to improve the quality of air & life in my household, thank you air duct clean! read more

Amy at the office was very kind and very accommodating. She did everything in her power to get me schedluled for the air duct cleaning as quickly as possible. The technicians Sean and Carter were on time and very professional. They did a fantastic job and wore the little booties over their shoes not to track in dirt and grim on my hardwood floors. Reasonable price, great service and my air ducts are clean. High on my recommendation list. read more

Great service! I had my house ducts cleaned as I moved in, but I felt that the service was not performed properly because of the air filter dust level. This company cleaned all the registers and returns until they were spotless. read more

Great service. On time, clean, friendly workers. Sam and Shawn were the best. Will use again.

Excellent! Jason did an incredible job and it was a great value. Highly recommend this company.

As other reviewers have stated, I chose this company because of the Groupon. I knew that the actual price would be more than the $99 because it was stated in the description of the service. I ended up paying an extra $150, which I expected. It was easy making the appointment and they arrived on time. Sam and Don were neat, professional and efficient. They explained what they were going to do and, when finished, they showed before and after pictures of each duct. I would recommend them to others who needed this service. read more

I bought a Groupon for a cleaning fo $ 100 I made the appointment and was told there would be an extra $ 135.00...fine. On arrival I was then informed that there would be an additional $ 100 because of where my furnace was located(middle of home?) If this was such an issue, why didn't the person making the appointment ask? Otherwise the service was friendly and they did what seems like a good job. read more
