He's been so accommodating to make time and has gotten me in on the same day multiple times as well. His prices are very fair, he's transparent about why he's doing what he's doing, and he's also very intentional about keeping your system going and not trying to sell you on a replacement or upgrade. In a world where things are getting more expensive, it's even more important to me to have experts who are able to keep things running! On top of his expertise and great business practices, Al is super nice and always very friendly -- I appreciate that he even remembered about elements of my life from when we'd talked multiple years prior to my latest service. 5 stars for sure! This led us to trust them to service our 3 year old mini split after it stopped cooling and had already been recharged by the installer. It was now off warranty, so we decided to get their opinion. Tommy was very professional, and told us he was sure we had no leaks. The installer had not charged it correctly, and it would be several thousand to recharge. We let him do it, and then in 3 weeks the cooling failed and the coolant was empty. Tommy came back and told us we do have a large leak, but it's new and not related to the previous issue. He billed almost 400 dollars to tell us this, and then quoted over 1000 for the new leak fix. Just because they do good work most of the time, be careful. You can still be taken advantage off.

I called them at 2300 on 11/20/2024 for emergency service as my Furnace was not igniting. The answering service told me that the on call service tech would call me back the first chance that he got. Here is it 1000 the next day and we still have not received a call back. This is the second year in a row that this company has done this to my family. Last year it was the same situation, late night furnace didn't work properly, I made 4 calls through the night promised each time that they would call back, at 0400 I got tired of being cold and not getting a call back, left a bad google review and within minutes of posting that review they called me telling me that they don't offer 24 hour service to non customers. I explained to them that they installed and have been servicing our furnace for years. The lady told me that had I given them my husbands information they would have called back. That was a lie, because this year I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and called them again, gave them my husbands information and still almost 12 hours later not a single call back.
