Awesome location. Knowledgeable representatives in the store. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They always keep you up to date on offerings and promotions. I will go out of my way to visit this location. Give them a visit you won't be disappointed. T-Mobile is not what it used to be, they have come a long way! So they only get 1 star because I don't think you can pick the option of no stars. If I could rate them I would give them a score of garbage. Their customer service is trash. Just from their customer service alone I would switch phone services. read more

I ordered a Rolex and she sends me texts every 6-9 months that I should be getting it, soon. She then had me come in at different times(5X) and tries to hustle me, by trying to sell me some of their jewelry that has about as much value as a fake diamond.
