We live in Brownstown, but I noticed this store had a high rating, in particular with customers who dealt with Brandon, so we decided to make the trip out , and I have to say we were so glad we did! Brandon not only lived up to his Yelp review's, he exceeded them!! I have previously been a manager of a T Mobile store for 5 years and know the pressures of a busy store especially late Friday night, but Brandon was awesome on all levels! Professional, great product knowledge, and he went above and beyond, giving us a great customer experience. I would not hesitate for a moment recommending this store and Brandon to anyone. Thanks Brandon, you rock mate!!

Note they don't handle mobile phone service billing but can do orders. No opposite this is the experience any time I am forced to call their toll free help center. The folks there are lucky to fix your issue at all. Honestly this depends on the person you get, but I would give a 50/50 solution rate. And at that only after a long menu of automated prompts that don't fit your issue. So you may have to call back to speak to somebody knowledgeable from the start again. So...go to the brick and mortar stores if you are lucky to have one in your area.

I returned today around 4:30 p.m. and saw a white woman ask the same employee to use the restroom. He walked her back to it. I was shocked and disappointed by the difference in how we were treated. It felt unfair and left me wondering whether I was denied access because of my race. I hope management looks into this and addresses

However, visiting your local cell phone store can either be a nightmare from hades or the best experience ever. For myself, it was the latter of the two. Megan, and the staff at this store were absolutely amazing. Megan, came out and asked how she could help me, and I explained that I wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 15. She was able to pull up my old account information, and she even gave me the best unlimited plan that Verizon current has. Now I can visit neighboring Canada to visit family members and not worry about roaming charges. Likewise, I can now also send text messages to friends in Mexico City and Toronto without any fees. That being said, the staff at this store made my changeover absolutely effortless, transferred all of my data and contacts to the new phone in 20 minutes. The part I liked the best is how Megan, and the guy who set-up my new phone, took their time and explained to me all the ins and outs of my new plan. This was great customer service all the way. I highly recommend this corporate store over any local dealers.

I've had Verizon ever since I got my first cell phone back in high school. They're not the…read morecheapest service out there, but for the quality and service they provide, I'm more than willing to pay a little more. Wherever I have lived or travelled, I've always had great service (including usually having bars when friends with other service providers do not). No dropped calls, no weirdness...their phones are quality, the only time something goes wrong with them is when I drop it on cement or in water or get it ripped off. Their insurance policy is pretty good. For a phone that retails $300, I only have a $50 deductable to pay to receive a brand new one if mine gets stolen/lost. The insurance cannot be claimed in store, there is a website you file on and your new phone will arrive in the mail the next day. If there is a phone defect, they will replace your phone on the spot in the store without having to pay a dime. As with any cell store, Verizon can often be crowded. But any store I've been to, the staff are always friendly, courteous, professional, and do their best to keep things moving. Plus everyone who works here is always dressed so nicely! So why review this Ford Rd. location specifically? Get ready cause I'm dropping a "shallow" bomb....there are such cute guys that work here. Not only are they adorable, but they're damn good at their jobs too! Flirt with me, AND fix my phone in a snap? Yes please. The wait goes faster when distracted by all the eye candy, the exerience is more enjoyable when I have a cute man in his fresh business professional making chit chat...and then I leave with no only my phone issue resolved painlessly, but with a little boost to the ego too. I'm about to start breaking my phone on purpose just to go in there more often. Muah ha ha ha ha.... :)
