Toast Net runs to my house on AT&T lines and I get a fixed price for internet with no throttling. I recommend it to everyone, check out their website. The few times there were issues with my service a toast net employee always handled contacting AT&T and checked back to confirm the service was back to normal. Save money, try ToastNet read more

In our city, this is a shoestring operation with very shallow tech support. Support calls go to voicemail. Different techs give different answers to basic questions. I don't appreciate the challenge of DIY. read more

Good luck on getting any 24/7/365 service! I just called 4 times at about 4:30 p.m. Pacific time and after a 15 minute wait w/ crappy music, got the message that there was no one there to speak to! I did call and leave a message as to how they determine the length of hours/days, etc. on their planet as it is most assuredly NOT the same as here on earth. Customer service calling past 7pm will tell you their creating a ticket to give to the morning people and give you that ticket number to give them so the morning people can help you... what's the point of having a 24/7 hotline when they can't help??? And this was asking fir help logging into my account. I haven't even got the internet yet since my appointment is tomorrow 12/29 and got a call few days ago saying there is a delay in the system. read more

I have had Toast internet for a year now. I am very happy with their product. I buy 60mbps fiber and it always runs 58-62 mbps. Being a cord cutter, unlimited data is essential. I had to call once during the install, and was taken care of by a person in Toledo, OH. I have no complaints. read more

Very unreliable service. Having the 45 Mbps package the speeds are not consistent and will slow down several times during the day. With TV there will be frequent buffering while streaming. I've called several times and they even sent a tech out who did nothing and issues still persist. They even charged me for the tech call. Had a lesser speed package with my cable provider before this but chose this because of charges for going over data allotted. Wish I could go back to them. read more

When I dropped my "X" cable internet company I was a little apprehensive, I can assure you there was no need. I have been with Toast since mid December and am streaming everything I watch, from SD content to 4K and have had no issues. I no longer have cable at all. I was able to get the 60/60 Fiber and have not looked back, from the quick easy installation to being able to get in contact with and getting answers pretty much immediately. The obviously care about their customer base, whether it is through email, facebook, messenger or on the phone, I have never dealt with a friendlier, more caring or professional bunch of people. Dealing with them is like dealing with a family-owned business! I can not express how happy I am!! read more

My daughter has toast at her business. Wow! Poor service. Trying to get help and it is impossible to get help. She is being ignored and its too bad that they are unwilling to help after installing. I had reached out to toast.net to Install Internet. We had a date of 8/26 to get a full install of Internet. They have me a window of 8am to 4pm! I waited! And waited! Then I messaged them at 330pm and the girl Natalie who was very nice was shocked and made calls and said the installer was running behind but I was next in line but he would be a little after 4! I said no problems...Then 430 came and went! Natalie sent me a message apologizing for the inconvenience and offered a free install but then went on to say the FIRST available apt wasn't until 9/5! Now I'm pist! If this were my fault then yea I'd have no problem but to wait! But this was the INSTALLERS FAULT! I should have been FIRST in line Monday morning! Now I'm sitting on hold trying to call them to get this fixed!!! I can't give a review on installation really but the Installer should have still came OR they should have put me Monday morning! NOT make this seem like It was my fault! Let's see if they can make this right! I'll update !!! Update!! Natalie called just now! She explained that ATT is striking so that is the reason for the hold (no sooner date) they are trying to find installers to help out and are going to do their best! So I have to give her a ton of props for calling me, explaining and being so nice!! Not having Internet for 3 weeks thus far has been challenging !! Especially with two boys! Good luck getting anybody if you have a problem. I been with them several years and I paid in advance. When my years up, I'm done. There email service is bad. Customers email me and sometimes receive right away, other times a day later. I called them several times today, no answer. I started using another email business that actually has a person available when a problem arises. read more

Dont bother with this company. The only thing they care about is charging your credit card. Once they take your money they dont bother providing internet access. You call them they say one thing and the exact opposite happens. Had to update my credit card information but the second they cant bill your credit card for a months service they suspend your account and you cant login to the account. They do this purposely so that you have call them directly and they hit you with a 50% surcharge to reactivate the account. They have no problem charging your account, they said within 15 minutes and its been 3 hours and still no access. Call them and mysteriously they have high call volumes 15 minutes later, more like they dont want to answer the phone and purposely place that fake message. They make themselves out to be a nickle and dime operator and thats exactly what they are! read more

It's unfortunate that more people don't know about Toast.net. I never heard of them until I saw it at Cordcutters. They should promote themselves more. Yes I was really scared taking a chance on a company with so few Internet reviews. What reviews I did find were mostly older and bad. I went with the 60 Mbps Fiber selection and consistently get that speed both up and down. They're using AT&T's network and equipment so it's like being with them minus the bogus fees, taxes, and gateway rental (which can be increased if they feel like it) . I could have committed to a one year contract and gotten the Gateway free of charge but didn't want to be locked in if it didn't work out. I spent the extra money and I own the Gateway / Router. It's not that great so I set up a workaround to use my Asus Router. The one time I had to call support it was answered by someone in the US not overseas and at night no less. I couldn't be happier since I switched from much much slower more expensive DSL Fusion (with landline phone). I ported my number to Google Voice invested in an Obihai and haven't looked back. From me I couldn't recommend Toast.net enough. It's fantastic service and value are unmatched to what was available in my area at the time I switched. Two thumbs up and highly recommend!!! read more

They had been a good company for many years but they are slipping. My hotspot stopped connecting. Corresponded with Greg at technical support. It appeared my hotspot wasn't working. I asked to activated another shotspot identical to the first. I was told it could be done in a few days. I found another provider that gave me unlimited data and cancelled reactivation of toast. I had 2 weeks left, 50% used, and they shut my hotspot down. read more
