However, I would like to recognize the Technical Support Team, as they patiently assist whenever I call. In particular, I'd like to recognize Al in Technical Support for his 5-star efforts to assist me with a telephone issue last night. For some reason, every time I called my mom's Buckeye landline from my cell phone yesterday, I would get horrible static. Al took the time to check my mom's line by calling her several times, including calling her from an AT&T line (my cell phone provider). He suggested that the problem could be due to something on AT&T's end. We agreed to end our call so I could attempt to resolve the issue with AT&T and that he would call me back approximately 45 minutes later. Al kept his word and followed up with me as promised. While we were unable to resolve the problem last night, he offered to have a tech go to my mom's home to troubleshoot further. By this morning, my problem was somehow resolved and my mom reported that she was having better sound clarity than ever on her phone. We were both impressed with Al's diligence and dedication. While Buckeye receives many negative comments about its high cost, (and rightly so), I do want to give a shout-out to Al in Technical Support for going above and beyond. Thanks so much Al! We appreciate you!

They need to drop the prices for the terrible service they provide. We've had 2 technicians come out within a month and found nothing wrong on our end. We had the modem switched out and that hasn't done anything. Unfortunately we have no choice but to have Buckeye because of where we live. I think it's bull**** that they can monopolize certain areas in town

I almost never write reviews simply because I only think about it when a service is bad which…read moredoesn't seem fair however in this case I feel it is my duty to warn others. Suite Solutions has proven to be the worst ISP that I have ever worked with at either the home or enterprise level. To be fair and start on a positive note when their internet service is working it works pretty well, it is a little overpriced for the speeds they offer but recently they reduced their prices to something a bit more reasonable. That being said, service goes out quite a lot. For the past month my service has gone out for between 30 minutes and 8 hours nearly every day. When I contact customer support they tell me there is an outage at my property and a technician is on site working on it. When I ask for a bill credit they say they will have to refer me to the billing department who will give me a call however I never receive a call, when I ask to be transferred directly, that department is always closed at that time. This is not a new issue, I have lived in this apartment complex for four years now and at least once a year I go through something similar. Over my stay here I have been told that it would take 14 days for a technician to do a service call, that 0.01Mbps upload is acceptable because they offer UP TO 5Mbps upload, and that after they apologized because their auto pay system didn't work for a month they were going to need to charge me a fee to set my service back up and that if I missed another payment they may not allow me to use their service anymore. All that to say their customer service is not knowledgeable at all and is quite honestly the rudest that I have worked with. I stay in this apartment complex for reasons I don't need to go into here but my warning to all is that if you are signing a lease somewhere and you find out that the complex is going to force you to use Suite Solutions just turn around and walk out the door, it is not worth it, I hope they offer some really nice kickbacks to the property managers because otherwise I do not understand how they stay in business.

I have to constantly reboot my modem because it is always buffering. The customer service are nice but clueless. I'm almost hesitant to renew my lease because of their service. I didn't want to use Xfinity or AT&T (although Provide.net uses AT&T to provide their service) because I didn't want to be locked in a contract. I am month-to-month. At the beginning of my service, I bought a modem/router for $100 straight from Provide.net. This is great bc I do not pay a rental fee for the modem. I own it and it hasn't outdated in 3 years and I am sure I will get many more years out of it. My service costs me $40 a month. I pay every 3 months at once (this is how they do their billing) but that is fine for me. The service is DSL, but I see no difference between that and fiber/cable, which I have used in the past. Zero difference! So why pay more? I am streaming Netflix on one or two devices at the same time and someone else is probably using the Internet in the house too. The speed is fast. Everyone can do what they need to do. Also, in 3 years, I haven't had bouts of lost connection. The Internet is always working fine. It is 100% reliable. I am thankful for Provide.net because I can walk right into their storefront on Hewitt 10 minutes from my house and talk to a real human if I ever needed, which I don't, but I could. They are also not like corporate Xfinity puppet people, who totally suck! They are real guys who are totally upfront and casual to talk with. I'm never leaving Provide.net and highly recommend it to home Internet users.

You first have to go through a computer AI support (terrible) before you can get to a human, which is based overseas. They struggled to understand me making me repeat myself multiple times. There response time and handling of service requests is also terrible. I was recently having work done on the outside of my house and the wire was accidentally cut. I had to wait 6 days to get someone out to repair it. I wasn't happy but it was my fault but luckily the contractor was able to splice it so I still had Internet. They came out, "fixed" it and left. An hour later, the internet still had not come back up so I called. I was told I'd have to wait another 6 days before they could come back out and try again. IMO the service tech should not have left until confirming it was working that failing they should have made me a priority since it was their failure. I understand employee shortages but their are methods of putting schedules together to bake in time for high priority calls. Needless to say I found another provider that was able to squeeze me in 2 days later.
