While it supports…read moreBuckeye Cable services, I am strictly reviewing the customer service experience I had today and not the Buckeye Cable Company itself. I walked in around 5:30pm and there was no wait. The first customer service representative motioned me forward and there was a sign by his station indicating that he was in training and asked for patience. Donovan asked if I was there to pay a bill and I said yes. He took the relevant information and I pulled out a credit card. He immediately asked if I wanted to save on the $5 credit card charge... of course!! Donovan then showed me to the customer kiosk, located near the back of the building. He typed in all of the information necessary to pay a bill and the bill was paid in a minute or two max. I've paid bills via phone in the past and the process was far longer (waiting on hold) and more complicated- requiring account number, last four digits of social security number, and so on. I couldn't believe how easy this was in comparison! Donovan had only been on the job for three weeks and told me he had no prior customer service experience. Well, he's a natural and his upbeat attitude made me feel so much better about paying a bill that many locals (including myself) find ridiculously expensive. Awesome job, Donovan; thank you!!
