First he was willing to send photos of the before and after repair for my Truck's rebuild scrapbook. Then the USPS (post office) lost my package. Michael continued to stay in contact and check in with me for weeks. Sadly the USPS never recovered my package. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING through the post office without making them put tracking numbers on it. I wish i had used UPS or FedEx, but I had trusted the Post office and that was my fault, no fault of Re-Circuit electronics.
