Duramax Fuel Injection Control Module (FICM) rebuild/repair. I delt with Michael Junior from Re-circuit electronics. He went above and beyond time and time again. First he was willing to send photos of the before and after repair for my Truck's rebuild scrapbook. Then the USPS (post office) lost my package. Michael continued to stay in contact and check in with me for weeks. Sadly the USPS never recovered my package. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING through the post office without making them put tracking numbers on it. I wish i had used UPS or FedEx, but I had trusted the Post office and that was my fault, no fault of Re-Circuit electronics. This is absolutely the best shop in town for computer repairs. I went to Microcenter to have my computer repaired, huge mistake. Turned into a complete nightmare. Incompetent techs and awful customer service. So I brought it here, and Nate had it repaired and back to me the next day. No weird issues, 10/10 customer service and communication. They actually care about your issue, work with you on getting it fixed rather than getting defensive, and trying to push the blame on you like Microcenter does. Was looking for someone to repair our two electronic Flexsteel recliners and called Flexsteel, the furniture store we purchased our recliners from, other furniture stores, small motor repair shops etc. and was thrilled when Re-Circuit Electronics said they would come to our home and look at our chairs. This meant we didn't need to take the chairs into their shop. This was also a plus. Michael asked for pictures of the inner workings of the chairs, I texted him, he came out and performed a diagnostic test and went back to the shop to work on the repairs. I got a call today saying he is ready to install the fixed. He finalized the repairs and we are back to using them. We would recommend Re-Circuit Electronics for any repair. I don't even know what you where to begin with this company. I brought my computer in to get fixed and they said they had the hard drive saved because two days later my computer completely broke so I counted on them and called and they said yes we'll still have your information on file by a memory card and bring it in and we will import all of your information which was very important to me I mean baby pictures pictures of when I had my son that were on my computer like of me with him in the hospital right after birth those kind of important pictures and I will transfer them over to the memory card that you bring for you and that'll be that. Well my computer was broken so I took a couple months to look at the pictures and when I finally did I noticed they were of totally different people have complete strangers and I immediately contacted them back spoke to people who told me that it was under new ownership which apparently is not true. Then I was told that a new guy was just handling all of the electronics and the the things in the back but they're still should be a database that they would have all their past customers so they could still do that for me. so back and forth for 2 years 2 years mind you I have been patiently trying to get my beloved pictures back my high I mean Priceless pictures back from this company and I finally get ahold of somebody again who says okay I'm going to give you my cell phone number I'm going to go back there myself and find this file send me pictures of yourself and I will make sure to put the correct pictures on there so I bring the memory card back again and lo and behold forever passes by they claim that they're calling us I was calling them the whole time though so I don't understand how they say that oh we just never got in contact with each other cuz even if they couldn't reach me why won't they talk to me when I was there or calling them. so finally my husband calls them and they say oh yes we've been trying to reach you we have your memory card and everything's been fixed. So I go in there today and I say you know what this time I want to look at the pictures before I leave the store look at the pictures and they are now of some old man they put some totally different other person's pictures on my memory card. Absolutely unprofessional all they had to say was argue with me and argue with me about the timetable I said that's because I've been giving you chance after chance and have been arguing with you on the phone for two years over this these are Priceless pictures of mine if these were your kids how would you feel this work pictures of when you had your children how would you feel she just kept saying I'm just the owner's wife I don't handle anything I'm sorry we're just not going to have them we're just not going to have them I'm sorry I took so I'm sorry is not good enough and they kept my 32 gig memory card for 2 years also and what was with that man send me pictures of yourself and I'll make sure to make sure they're the right things and then he gives me pictures of old men. they are liars and scam artists and they will lose you lose your information so my attorneys will be handling this from now on it won't bring my memories back and the pictures of my beautiful baby in my arms right after birth but they will be punished for this and beware for yourselves they are scam artists they don't know what's going on they lie they kept saying under new ownership and then the lady today kept saying no we were not well I was told that twice by two different men so you make your own decisions I guess but this place is a complete and utter ripoff thank you for your time. read more
