We had a small hiccup when I got the device back and tested it. The mic was no longer working and the 3D was stuck on but after contacting the owner fixed it within the day. All is working now and I'm very pleased. Highly recommend.

I've been there multiple times for things ranging from toy batteries to automotive needs. What strikes me most is the relationship between the staff and the customers. People are often greeted by a handshake and a welcome Mr X or what can I do for you Mrs Y. When I first went to this store I thought it was an anomaly. I think I was in need of a watch battery. I was treated so well I returned for a laptop battery... quite an old laptop actually and they found the perfect replacement... still going years later. I saw this great customer service yet again. So I've returned for multiple other electronic purchases from bulbs to flashlights and each time I witness something that I didn't realize still existed in the world of chain franchises... personal service from competent professional people. I was contacted by this company, appointment scheduled, and within the week Tyler came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes. Parts needed to be ordered and a tentative two week date for install. It was less than a week when I received the call the parts arrived and another appointment made. Centralized was able to give me a time window conducive to my schedule and I should add, that prior to both appointments, Tyler called and assured me of his arrival. A hour later the issue of the dryer was fixed. The primary installers of the dryer either were lacking the skill or proper tools for the electric connection and Tyler should me the charred wires. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. A big resounding YES in recommending this company.
