For that much I could get another laptop, so no thanks (I only use it for the Internet). Disgusted with Best Buy a computer nerd we know highly recommended Virtual PCS. We took it in, the owner was great and told us so many of his customers come there because they get disgusted with Best Buy and their Nazi upselling tactics. He also told me that a waranty covers hardware and basically Best Buy tells people a load of shit to get them to spend more money. Virtual PCS did a great, quick and professional job. First he was willing to send photos of the before and after repair for my Truck's rebuild scrapbook. Then the USPS (post office) lost my package. Michael continued to stay in contact and check in with me for weeks. Sadly the USPS never recovered my package. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING through the post office without making them put tracking numbers on it. I wish i had used UPS or FedEx, but I had trusted the Post office and that was my fault, no fault of Re-Circuit electronics.
