Can't say enough good things about Dave and his shop. He is exceedingly honest and a very good…read moremechanic. I was introduced to him through my parents, who highly recommended him. That's saying something, because my dad was not easily impressed by mechanics. He was our regular mechanic for about ten years, and believe me, I didn't want to move out of Toledo, in no small part because I didn't want to loose him! Honest mechanics are hard to find. He kept out POS Chevy Metro going long after it should've died. Dave also worked on our Crown Victoria. I also know there were several times he didn't charge us at all for looking at our car, and said nothing was wrong with the vehicle! Didn't even charge us for the time he spent looking it over! I LOVE Dave's Auto Service!

Worst of worst. 906 Woodsdale…read more So this morning my truck battery was dead. I did a jump start but none of my instruments, radio, windows, heated seats would work. I stopped by to ask if I could use a crescent wrench to disconnect the battery and restart the truck in order to get the truck computer working again. The man started to argue with me without looking at my truck about the truck needing a new instrument panel and that disconnecting the battery would not work. Then when I asked if I could use a wrench he said not a chance, and walked away. I went down the road to another shop. Borrowed the wrench and my truck was fixed after disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. Went back to let him know that it worked for future reference and his quote from across the room was "Well shit, aren't you smarter than God!" I just turned and walked away. Here are my reasons why I will never go back to this place... 1) The man did not care about the customer or that I would have to continue driving with a vehicle that had no instruments, lights, radio. 2) Refused to even let me use a $2 crescent wrench to attempt to fix it, and refused to look at it. 3) Got into a heated argument about how I am stupid and don't know what I am talking about. 4) He makes me wonder if becoming a disabled combat vet was worth it, when people like this exist and refuse to offer a helping hand. Needless to say. Do not go there.

WRONG!!! They looked at me as a dumb girl but I am smart enough to know when they haven't been changed. Then tech. was in such a hurry didn't bother to set it back. This is my fault I trusted them. Turned out I needed wheel bearing also and I agreed to have it done. So I am bad. I did get quote from a garage so it is my fault. Parts and all just shy of $300. But I thought I was being loyal. Total bill was $740.22 now remember oil change that was 1/2 done was $59.95. Then you should never give parts person a part # for $222.58 for wheel bearing when cost is $113. and don't tell me it was genuine GM part #. SK is SK. I do understand it costs money to unlock door everyday. $32.38 for a work order. I worked for John Deere in service depart. I can't imagine a farmer standing for that. Oh yes I do understand you are not JD! Biggest kicker was just about $168. and hr for labor yes I agreed to it but you saw an old WOMAN coming and figured she was a dumb girl. I wonder have you ever heard the saying "ONE BAD APPLE IN BUSHEL OF APPLES " Trust me. From what they told me was going to be. From what I here from other people? This is a common scam T-Mobile pulls on people. I was told I would also get a $200 Visa gift card but I have not received it and when I talk to customer service. They can't find it and don't know what I'm even talking about. The result was their service doesn't work where I need it to. Wouldn't that be breach of contract? The manager of the location was no help and told me sorry it's our service. If the service doesn't work where I needed to, then the phone is useless, and I should not be held to a contract. T-Mobile is exactly what it has been forever. It is a horrible company with horrible customer service. And no matter how many times I call or chat with them. They will not give you a regional manager contact.
