Don't bother making an appointment here. If you can't leave it better go somewhere else. They do offer shuttle service but if you want a quick turn around this isn't the place. Took two hours to get replacement tires Didn't take it in till 25 minutes past appointment time. An hour later the car was in a bay but nobody was working on it. Had the dogs out in the back yard and as I walked around the side of the house, I saw my vehicle had a flat tire. With it being New Year's Eve day, I was not very hopeful of finding the tires in stock, let alone being able to get the tires installed. I made numerous calls and fortunately, Belle Tire had the tires in stock, but did not have any opening available. Hats off to Nate for assuring me they would squeeze me in during the day and my vehicle would be ready by the time they closed. Nate also gave me a great deal on pricing as I mentioned I saw their coupon for $200 off on a set of 4 tire through Jan 8, 2023. I was only getting 2 tires and this coupon/special was for a different tire maker. As I said, Nate gave me a great deal. Came in for a replacement tire, called me and said I need a tire alignment didn't inform me the price was over $150 for it, then they messed up the alignment they were supposed to fix and tried scamming me telling me I need cam bolts and labor fees totaling to $190. Real problem was the mechanic put the replacement in the front instead of the back causing the tire to pull left. Highly recommend finding a different location or shop. read more

Good service, but not so fast. I had made an appointment to have a nail taken out of my tire, and my tire to be plugged. When I got there this particular day they had experienced a ton of call offs so I had to wait a few hours to have my services done. But would recommend and return as a customer *Update 7/29/22 Made a return visit and service length was about the same time. This time it took about 30 minutes less. Representatives were still courteous and helpful. I change my review from 4 to 5 stars, because the service was consistent and work is performed with quality. I scheduled an appointment for 8:30 am to get one tire changed. I was told on the phone the day before that four tires would take one hour, so I expected to be in and out in 25-30 minutes or so. The sales associate asked if I was waiting and I said yes, and told them I had to be to work at 9:30. The sales associate said she would make sure it was done by 9/9:15. I waited patiently until 9:15, and then I started to get nervous. When 9:30 rolled around I finally decided to ask what was going on, as no one had mentioned anything to me the whole time and I was now late for work. When I walk up to the front desk, I can see my vehicle still on the lift with no tire on it. The sales associate went and asked what was taking so long. Then she came back a few minutes later and said it would be another 10 minutes because "they put a new guy on it". She did empathize with me and say she was also frustrated as she told them I needed it by 9 and it was well past that. But it still didn't change the fact my vehicle was not ready. Besides this I come to find out that they also gave me a different tire than what I asked. Apparently they ran out of them, despite them being in stock the day before when I made my appointment and requested that specific tire. Amazingly, no one told me they did a different type of tire. I just realized when I walked out to my car it was not what I asked for. The only reason I even looked was because one of the techs who overheard my conversation with the sales associate said "oh part of what took so long was I couldn't find the tire and had to dig one up". Then he left the room. I turned to the associate and asked if that meant I was not getting the tire I asked for. She said "I don't know". The tech cashed me out and said nothing further about the tire. Ultimately, I was charged the same price for the tire so I figured I misunderstood his previous comment. That is until I went out to my vehicle and saw it was a different tire. And no one officially told me. Anyways, I ended up being late to work. It took an hour and 15 minutes to change one tire at a scheduled appointment. And I received a completely different tire without being notified. I will never come back. read more

Bought a tire from belle tire. One week later I get a bubble in my tire. They inform me that since I didn't purchase the "extended warranty" I would have to purchase a new tire. went here to get one tire replaced and it took 4 hours to get done. apparently, it was after 1 hour but not one of the service guys or the manager who was there told me it was done even though i was waiting in the waiting area and they didn't even have the brains to call my number which was clearly on the invoice. i sent e-mails to the manager and district manager and not even and I'm sorry or anything. My wife went (without me) to purchase a tire for her car. When she returned, I noticed that the tire has a bunch of flashing on the side of it. It was the worst new tire I've ever seen. We bought a set of 4 BFG tires with replacement TPMS sensors. Love the tires & the wait time wasn't bad either. My wife & I went our separate ways when we left the store. Later, when she got home she told me the tire light came on & that I should check it. I found 45psi in the left front tire, 34psi in both the right front & the left rear & 32psi in the right rear. My suggestion is to take away the tire guage from the guy that did this & then retrain him. When I got in the car to check the dash, I couldn't move the driver's seat up or down. It was jambed in the down position from someone plopping their big behind into the seat instead of just sitting down. I removed the seat & repaired it myself. It's not likely I will go there again. My low tire pressure alert came on while driving to Toledo. Thinking I just needed some air, I went to the self service free air, but it wasn't working. In a panic, I asked for help. Pat came to my rescue! He filled my tire and found a hole. Instead of just sending me on my way to keep refilling or driving with a donut on my hour drive on the expressway. He took the time and plugged my tire so that I could safely make the hour drive on the expressway to get my child from school. I'm so grateful to Pat and his co-workers! read more

Had some brake drums put on my van after work. They over tightened the passenger side and the drum overheated and warped the new drum. I reached out to them 3 times to make it right. They didn't have any problem taking my money the first time I showed up at 2 1/2 hours before closing for a brake job, but acted like it was ridiculous to ask them to fix the mistake in the same amount of time. I normally have very good luck at Belle Tire and will continue to use them but will never use this location. Go to the one on Navarre ave., they ended up fixing the screw up from Secor rd. read more

Got there at approx. ten thirty am. I'm told there is a 3 to 3 1/2 hour wait but they will try to fit me in. After 4 hours I am still waiting and I am told there are three cars still ahead of me. Several of the workers are standing around and one or two of the bays where they pull the cars in are empty. I finally decided to leave. Went to Discount Tires a mile or so away and bought the same tire for $22 less and was out of there in thirty minuted later. Woul never recommend. read more

I had an appointment to have my tires rotated and to check 1 tire for leakage as I had to keep putting air in it every month. I got there at 2:00 (my appointment time) I asked about how long it would be, I was told 1 hour. They never took it into shop until 2:40 and I didn't get out of there until 4:05. I think that is excessive time just to repair 1 tire and rotate them. If they would have started on it at my appointment time I would have been out of there in the 1 hour that I was told. just so you know....at tire and auto shops. get there RIGHT WHEN THEY OPEN so you don't have room to complain. i went here because one of my tires wouldn't hold pressure. i got there a little after opening, was told it would be about an hour which is fair. they told me i had a nail in my tire and they don't charge for the first tire which is awesome! the staff is nice, and any time before this when i would come to put air in my tire, someone was always volunteering to do that. great crew here and a very clean front shop. read more

Really like this place. I bought 4 new tires for my SUV over two years ago (at a great price). This morning, one of the tires lost most of its air. I took it in (no appointment) and left if there. The place was very busy. Even though they closed at 8:00 pm, they stayed late and repaired not just one but two of my tires that were losing air. They called me when it was done and waited for me to pick it up at 9:00. Highly recommend this shop. read more

They give you a deal on the price of tires and charge extra for something you don't need so you are right back up to the original purchase price. after having some suspension work done on my truck AND a bumper to bumper inspection at a private garage, we took it to these CROOKS on secor rd, since it was so close, for an alignment. they call about 20 mins after dropping it off, telling my husband that the lower ball joints needed to be replaced before they could align it. went up there and picked up the truck, told them that i would be posting reviews, getting a hold of the BBB, whatever.. because it had just been inspected 3 days earlier and that was no where on the grocery list of items from the mechanic who inspected it. needless to say, drove a little further, paid a bit more, but TIREMAN confirmed that the suspension and all parts were nice and tight, no need for new lower ball joints, aligned that baby and good to go! DO NOT GO TO BELLE TIRE, THEY WILL TRY AND SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!! read more
