Finally I filed a report with the BBB in which they said to have their GM look at it and he said they would contact me in a couple days. i waited for the expected response (again) and realized I never responded to my claim in the 10 days allotted, missing it by one day. I am cancelling my car wash membership Monday and also contacting my insurance company hoping they will chase these people with better luck than i had.
