Once I got to Discount Tire inside of buying a new tire (Lukas) said lets go take a look at it. He took one look at it and said Tuffy is stupid, the hole is not to close to the side wall. They were able to get me patched up and a tire rotation in less than 60 minutes, probably 45. I don't usually do reviews but this place deserved one. If you need a great tire place this one is your store hands down.

On this recent trip, we noticed that our tire pressure (PSI) was too high, so I quickly drove here and the manager immediately asked me to pull up to Bay 1, which I did. He pulled out the air hose and concurred with my assessment and decreased the pressure in each tire. And - he adamantly refused our tip. In less than 8 minutes, we were on the road again. I broke down there and they told me my trucks breaking system was completely damaged and it needed brakes, calipers, and rotors all the way around plus a new brake line. They quoted me a price of $2600 telling me how sorry they were and dread calling customers when it's giving them bad news so I had them fix the front brakes and calipers and decided to get it to my Mechanic of 25 years and my whole family goes to him, and when I pulled it in there, they called me three hours later and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the back brakes and calipers and the brake lines, that I could come pick it up. They fixed the front brakes and the rotors for a little over $1100 which was shamefully overpriced because the only thing wrong with the truck was the front caliber driver side froze up. my truck runs fine and brakes fine.. I guess when you advertise extensively on TV and radio, it is the customer that actually pays for it.... Ridiculous. I won't be back ever.

I've come here and had my radiator replaced several tires replaced and just now the other day I needed some breaks rotors and calipers. I do think that they were cheaper a few years ago but now they're kind of online with a lot of other places but not like Midas or such. Sam is very friendly and responsive. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there. I found Bargain Towing online and they were a pleasant God send from start to finish. Sam was very communicative on the phone and gave the best quote in comparison to the other 5 companies I called. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident. Hoping our paths do not need to cross again, lol, but if they do I have their number saved in my phone because they were a ray of sunshine after a gloomy moment. Great service, personalities, and professional start to finish.
