They sent me updates of their arrival time and were there within the window of time given. Upon inspection of my window, it was found that the crack was longer than I expected, so it could not be repaired, it had to be replaced. They would have to come out the next day for that since I didn't know the size of the crack, and they did not have a windshield with them. The same scenario for the next day. Arrived within time given , replaced windshield, and had to take it out for a 10 minute drive to calibrate the cameras. All in, took about an hour in my own driveway. I did not have to go anywhere. Very convenient! Both of the technicians were very respectful and did their job. I would not hesitate to use them again should I ever need their services.
