I asked when they had available, they said all day. I set my appt for 10am and arrived at 9:40. I asked if I should leave or stay because I understand that places get busy. I took my truck there and asked for a Full Synthetic Oil Change and Tire Rotation. I'm not sure anything was even done! Just over 2000 miles later the "Oil Dirty Light" comes on and says I'm due for an oil change. I've had this car for almost 8 years and have always had a Full Synthetic Oil Change done at Tireman down the street and it's lasted almost 5000 miles (per the Owner's Manual). Maybe Midas didn't change the oil. Maybe they didn't change the filter. Maybe all they really did is reset the "Oil Dirty Light" and charge me 50 bucks! There was no indication the tires were rotated as well. No markings, etc. I probably should have "chaulked" them myself to find out. I felt ripped off big time. The manager....I only have one word for....Doofy. He seemed to have a blank expression on his face and doesn't seem like he wants to be there. He didn't seem very engaging to me and proud to call that "his store". If I was the manager of a new business in town - I'd be kissing babies and doing everything I can to make sure the business succeeds and customers are given extra special treatment! If this manager doesn't like it there, then quit already and save the rest of us customers some grief having to deal with your dumb smug attitude. I have taken my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee to this location for my last two oil changes. I cannot say enough about their customer service, cleanliness, and thoroughness of five point inspection. Ladies if you want to sit in the cleanest waiting room I've ever seen in an oil change establishment and be treated with the utmost respect this is your place. I will continue to get my full synthetic oil changes at this location as long as I live in Perrysburg. read more

I have since called Midas Corporate. They gave me a report number and tried to get a manager for me to speak with regarding our still broken wiper arm. However, I was told that the manager was busy at the time but would call me back. I never received a return call. I have also sent messages in reply to the Midas service department that you see replied to my review. They have also not gotten back to me. read more

I wish there was a lower rating than one star. I dropped my truck off at 9:45 am, during my lunch break, for an oil change and a new set of tires. Pretty simple right? ... wrong. I waited to 5 pm for them to finish and I was off work at 1:15. I was told it was be done by the time I was off work. Will not be back. read more

I truly wish I had the option of giving a NEGATIVE star rating cause I would. I had my front brakes "repaired" by this Midas shop in November of 2019 & by April of 2020 I was hearing a loud screeching sound coming from my front passenger tire. I took it to a garage & they was able to tell that my brakes was repaired on the driver's side but not the passenger's side so I returned the car back to Midas since they last "serviced" my brakes in November. I was told they serviced the rotors & not the caliper & I needed a new caliper. They replaced my caliper in May & in June I was driving in Virginia when the car suddenly stopped. I was unable to push the car, it wouldn't move. Initially I thought it was a transmission problem because I was still able to drive in reverse. I towed the car to a transmission shop. Next day the shop called me & asked who did my brakes. They said the bolt came out the caliper locking the tires which is why I wasn't able to push the car. They also said the wrong hose was installed on my brakes. Later on I took my car in to a tire shop to fix a slow leak in my tire & was told whoever put my front tires on put them on in the wrong direction (directional tires) causing my tires to wear unevenly. Now I'm extremely pissed!! Midas balanced & rotated my tires the same day they did my brakes. I had to pay the shop that repaired my car in Virginia $350, I had to have the car towed & I had to Uber around until my car was repaired. I faxed over all the paperwork showing all my expenses & Midas was only willing to offer me $200. I refuse to accept that, I'm in the process of taking them to small claims court to compensate for all the time & money I lost because of their incompetence. I'm starting to feel like they were intentionally providing me with bad service. It's like EVERY service this Midas provided on my car was wrong - they didn't repair my brakes right the 1st time, the 2nd time they didn't install the bolt correctly causing me to be stranded a month later. They installed my tires in the wrong direction, they put the wrong hose on my brakes. DO NOT PATRONIZE this Midas. They're horrible!! I'm not sure if these guys are even mechanics - they're a bunch of wannabe hustlers posing as mechanics endangering the lives & safety of every person whose car they service. You are warned - these guys are horrible, DO NOT LET THEM SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE!! I have paperwork from other shops documenting all the mistakes Midas made. DO NOT PATRONIZE this Midas!! read more

I brought my 2009 Fusion in and complained that the brakes were going to the floor. They wrote on the service request "check brakes, goes to floor". I actually thought Master Cylinder but they called with calipers and resurface rotors. I maintain my brakes often and we were braking straight but I paid for this and the balance at a total of $610.27. My daughter drives the car and was still complaining. Well I drove it and indeed brakes still go to the floor. Took it back to Midas who said it needs a master cylinder at a cost of over $500. I will get my master cylinder elsewhere by the way for only $380. Not only did they fix items that probably did not require repair they put my daughter in danger. Jordan the manager who did the original estimate told me this was somehow my fault. read more

I went to Midas yesterday for an oil change. It went fine initially. Short turnaround, I was happy. Later that night I went out to my truck to find the passenger window down, weird. When I got closer I could see that there were pieces of electrical tape that were apparently holding up the window. The window was completely down and inside the door. When I called them the following morning they said that the window indeed came off track while it was there. They apologized that they had not mentioned it and there was nothing documented. They asked me to bring it back in. I left work early to go and get my truck only to find the left front tire was flat. Called triple A. When I finally got to Midas they said that they did not put the window down, it just fell down and they simply forgot to mention that they taped it up with electrical tape. I am now waiting to get my window regulator and motor replaced with a quote of $305.93. Which I would have gladly paid if they had just been honest from the beginning. I hope it is worth the $300, it will be my last visit here and I will be sure to warn everyone about this shady place. read more
