This is a review specifically for the Service department…read more My appointment was early at 8:30am, and there were no other cars. Needless to say, they got me in right away for my 1st service. Yes, they tried to upsell me a few other things outside of my routine service, which was covered by their coupon. But they weren't too pushy after I told them I'd skip this time. They told me it'd take around an hour so I decided that I wanted to sit down and have breakfast. There was a diner in walking distance, but it was a cold day so I asked them if they could drive me a couple minutes to the diner, and they were more than accommodating, which was awesome. They even called me to pick me back up. After they checked me out, I asked if I could get a quick carwash--free car wash was included when I leased the car. They initially told me the wash was out of order, but then quickly checked to tell me that it was my lucky day; it had gotten back up. What I was happy about was the fact that the Service manager asked me to wait a few more minutes after the wash so they could dry off the car. I didn't get this service when I first swung by to get a wash here, but the manager wasn't there that day. It's the little stuff like this that makes a customer like me happy. All in all, the experience was good. I'll obviously be going back a couple more times for regular maintenance so I'll look forward to adding further review then.

I'm smoking said cig & the owner comes out snarling at me like 2 mins later taking about don't come back til the bar is closed or I'll get my arse pummeled. I did nothing wrong. I was trying to explain to her that I was texting my aunt how to send my 80yr old grandma a video to her email cause it's too large for a text msg. She was having none of what I was saying. I don't think she was listening at all. I kno it's a mostly biker crowd. They're usually racist too. I've been called NIGGER at Diggers plenty of times. My Mexican friends have been told to go next door to Carmel's where the Mexicans are. I know I'm not exactly welcomed there so I try to stay away. Two wrongs don't make a right. So I stay in my zone. The signed 139-point inspection certified the vehicle as passing across all relevant categories. Within 215 miles of delivery, two independent inspections (an authorized Kia dealer and an independent shop) documented multiple safety defects that directly contradict that certification: -- All four tires unsafe to drive (4/32 tread on inside grooves, severe cupping, shifted internal belts, underlying alignment defect) -- completely missed by their certification, which recorded 7/32 tread and passing condition and wear pattern. -- A spreading spiderweb crack in the driver's line of sight, represented to me as a "repaired" chip. -- An audible engine defect traced to a binding belt tensioner that should have been caught in the 139-point inspection. I tried for over two weeks to resolve this directly with Spirit Ford. Their final offer was $600 -- less than 15% of the actual repair cost -- framed as "a courtesy." Based on what their own signed certification missed on my vehicle, I would not trust a Spirit Ford 'Blue Certified' inspection. Future buyers should get an independent pre-purchase inspection from a shop they trust before signing anything.
