My first call was answered by Ben. He answered every question I had about brakes for my vehicle. He recommended I come in for an inspection so I would be at ease that 100% ins/out were checked. I made the appt. When I arrived, Jason greeted me and gave me thorough details about the inspection and what tech service they provide. I liked that I received a detailed report showing every item they inspected and the results. It gave 'data details' and measurements that made sense to a customer. They were transparent and competitive with pricing. I liked their approach, the respect they showed to me as a female, and I felt confident in their service. 0 stars honestly. took my truck in to get a new fuel pump, was told we will have it done tomorrow. Come back the next day to check on progress truck has not moved an inch. Then the guy at the counter proceeded to lie and say he said we won't have it in the building until tomorrow. I brought it in on 1/14/26 and it still sits in the exact spot I put it in and has not moved an inch and it is 1/16/26. going to stop in when they open to see what lies I receive this time and to take my vehicle to a competent and reliable mechanic. read more

I change my air filter my last oil change and then they ask me again on my recent trip in only 6 months. Why do they do that? So my hubby gave this place another chance. They did fix his power steering on his work truck and proceeded to give him an oil change and tire rotation. According to their machine, everything was good. However, the next day, the driver side front tire was falling off due to the wheel bearing needing to be replaced. Everything associated with that tire was in pieces. Midas wasn't open so we took the truck to AAA on Christmas Eve. They don't know how this was missed considering we had just had a tire rotation. Of course the manager at Midas hated to see my husband coming and denied what he told them yet we have receipts to prove it. Never again with this place. I'm totally DONE. read more

I just had my tires rotated at Discount Tire on my civic after putting about 8000 miles on new tires. I immediately felt the steering wheel pulling left so I decided it would be good to get an alignment. Not taking the time to do research on options, I just called Midas and Firestone for pricing and Midas was cheaper by $15 at 69.99 so I made an appointment. They were prompt to greet me when I walked in and they did have a full house. He did not take the time to ask any questions about the car or why I want an alignment. The man just took my name and my key and informed me he'll pull it in for an inspection soon and walked away. I saw them raise my car up on a lift to check the wheel bearings, and it looked like he was concerned and checked my front left several times so I was expecting them to let me know later and give me pricing on a wheel bearing change instead of an alignment. Contrary to my assumptions, they pulled my car out of the lift and put it onto the alignment rack and performed an alignment. With the alignment done and a test drive, it was placed back into a parking spot, all took about an hour. Another man said I was all set, he charged me the correct amount and said I was good to go. He never took the time to explain the results of the alignments or tell me the findings on their inspection. Which means they either found nothing or didn't care to share. What shocks me is that my exhaust pipe is clearly broken in half (can't miss the noise either) and they didn't offer to repair it. So they either don't care about their customers enough to illuminate us on the issues and offer repairs, they're busy enough that they don't feel the need to fish for the additional business, or they weren't thorough enough to even notice the additional issues. Well, I looked at the alignment results and they should be fine. As a knowledgeable car guy myself, I would still come back for an alignment if their price is the best. I wouldn't mind recommending poorer newbies coming here either as they won't likely come back and give you a laundry list of issues to repair. However, if you're looking for a shop that will take the time to educate you and make sure your car is in great shape, you might want to look elsewhere. read more

They changed my oil in a timely manner. However, in the process, they said I needed a new air filter and new tire that had a nail in it. The manager agreed to call me the next morning to let me know when the new tire had arrived. After not hearing from Midas by noon the next day, I called them. The manager seemed annoyed that I had called and said he would call me when it arrived. Well, he never called, so I took my business to a recommended locally owned establishment. The owner at the new place showed me my air filter in the sunlight and said I didn't need a new one because you could still see through it. The new establishment also took the time to show me my tire and explain why it needed to be replaced rather than patched. I will be taking my business to the new establishment from now on. read more

Came here about a month ago and was immediately treated with disrespect. The lack of professionalism is astounding but the least of my problems here. I was informed I was unable to use a coupon for an oil change because it was only redeemable for my other car, which I was not told in advance. They then told me that they did not want to touch the oil pan as it was in too bad of condition. They then pointed to about 10 different parts under the car telling me they needed replaced and gave an estimate for $600. I brought my car to fast lane this week, they told me there is absolutely nothing wrong with car, including the oil pan. Unless you want to give all of your money to a dishonest, unprofessional establishment, do not use this service. read more

We brought our car in and received a quote with in 30 minutes. The manager not only told us what was wrong but showed us the problem so we knew he was on the up and up. Had used this locations for a few years. Never had any problems before. I placed an appointMent over the phone two days in advance and I booked the first appointment of the day. But today it took 2 hours to get an oil change. I When I asked what was going on, if there was a problem they said "just finishing up". I expresses my concern that it took two hour and didn't want to apologies about how long it took. They still charged me regular price and when I called back to speak to a manager he just gave me all sorts of excuses and didn't apologize for how long it took and when I asked for a refund he said he wouldn't give it to me for services that had been already exchanged. Which I understand by he offered no sort of anything back in return. Overall it's the worst experience I've had there and I will not return with any future services and I will NOT be recommending this location to anyone. I thought this was going to be great, but after spending $1000+ there, a quick Google search told me I was overcharged for many things. They took off some insulation I had under the hood and never put it back on. Nobody will even acknowledge it existed even though there are pieces of it still in my car by the battery, the cover, and the now unattached engine cover. Everybody in my family has seen it (it came with the used car), but these guys refuse to take responsibility for it. read more
