I found Bargain Towing online and they were a pleasant God send from start to finish. Sam was very communicative on the phone and gave the best quote in comparison to the other 5 companies I called. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident. Hoping our paths do not need to cross again, lol, but if they do I have their number saved in my phone because they were a ray of sunshine after a gloomy moment. Great service, personalities, and professional start to finish.

If you need some brakes or a tire put on this is your spot. They also offer towing services at a reduced rates so that works also. I've come here and had my radiator replaced several tires replaced and just now the other day I needed some breaks rotors and calipers. I do think that they were cheaper a few years ago but now they're kind of online with a lot of other places but not like Midas or such. Sam is very friendly and responsive. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there. It's definitely a good place to get simple Auto work done. Come check them out. Sam will take care of you

If you want someone to hug you and wipe tears, go to a con-man shop. If you want a straight forward summary with a no-bull atmosphere, come here. Spent the night in a local hotel and called Toledo Auto Care the next morning to set up an appointment the next day. Turned out it was just some dirty oil that needed changing. The mechanic showed me the brakes and let me know that they were going to need changing sometime in the near future, but it wasn't anywhere close to the in-your-face sales pitch that some auto shops give you. I left Toledo Auto Care with a healthy care and a healthier state of mind. They treat their customers right here, and if I'm in the area again this will be my number one choice for any car repairs.

I took…read moremy Audi to this shop to have the spark plugs changed before a road trip, and they assured me they could handle the job without hesitation. Unfortunately, about a month later, my car stopped turning over. I took it to another shop to have it diagnosed, and I was shocked to find out that Toledo Auto and Tire shop had installed Chrysler spark plugs in my Audi. That could have potentially caused serious issues if I hadn't caught it when I did. If they didn't have the correct parts, they should have been upfront about it instead of making a substitution without telling me. The work should be done correctly--not just done for the sake of saying it's finished. I would not trust this shop with my vehicle again, not even for something as simple as a tire change. Their prices may be cheap, but in my experience, the quality of the work matched the price. I'd rather pay more at a reputable shop and know the job is being done properly. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this shop. Please do your research and make sure the shop working on your vehicle is using the correct parts and following proper procedures.

Turns out it was the brakes and rotors crying for help. They didn't just stop there (pun intended), Kevin walked us through everything in detail, with the kind of transparency most places lack. Price? Super fair. Turnaround? Fast enough to make pit crews jealous, we could have picked it up in a few hours, but left it overnight as we were too busy that evening. Extra points for honesty: Kevin even told us the rear brakes didn't need replacing yet. Talk about not trying to pad the bill (brake pad joke--couldn't resist).
