I contacted 4 different Belle Tires before this location and not one was able to offer me an oil change the same day. At one location I had the first appointment if the day and at 10 am was told it would be another 45 min before they took my car in for service. Brandon took my call, understood my availability, and promised to complete the service the same day within a reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great customer service! My husband, 1 year old daughter, dog, and I were driving from Michigan to Florida when we got a flat tire coming into Ohio. We called this Belle Tire as it was closest to where we got the flat and the manager, Andrew, was so helpful. He assisted us with a number to a tow company and got us in quicker than his initial estimated wait time as he saw we were basically stranded with a baby, dog, and a car packed full for a road trip. Had 4 new Michelin tires installed yesterday. Made an appointment at Belle Tire Rossford and arrived 10 minutes early. Sat for almost an hour before they even took my vehicle into the shop. The people in the garage moved as though they were zombies. When I got the bill they had added $167 for a tire protection plan without even asking if I wanted it. They said they didn't have time to do the free alignment check but I could come back later for them to do it. I live an hour away. I could have bought the tires cheaper somewhere else. Would not recommend going to this location. I called in and had them order a very specific set of tires (Michelin PS4S) I reiterated several times on the phone what kind of car they were going on and that the tires I was looking for were summer high performance tires. Upon picking my car up they put some random Michelin all seasons on, pretty sure they didn't even order them in like they said they would and put whatever they had in my size and in that brand on. They urged me to take them for a test drive to see if I even liked them then when I came back and told them I didn't want them they said they couldn't return because I drove on them. Such a shady tactic. I live in Michigan and had the work done while visiting a friend. Spent 2 hours, had to pay for the tires I didn't want, they disposed of my old tires that could have been put back on, the list goes on... fast forward a few days I took it to my local belle tire in Michigan and they were quick to correct the mistake. 1 try and they got it right, listened to me and put the tires on and took the old ones back at no random bs restocking fees or anything. They just owned up to the mistake of this branch. I would just avoid them, the blatant disregard for my specific request and shady tactics to get me to just take the tires they put on is just disappointing to see. Walked in to get some pricing information at 4:50 on a Tuesday. Two gentleman were at the counter, one helping a customer and one not doing anything that I could tell. Said I wanted pricing information for wheels and tires so I had to wait for the individual that had a customer.(which was no big deal). I have done business here in the past and have been satisfied, but I will no longer visit belle for any service. I went into the store for a quick oil change, there were 4 employees behind the desk and a couple open bays. I was told it would be a hour to hour and a half till they could get to it. I was in a hurry that day so i asked if i could set up an appointment for the following day. I was told that they don't do appointments in case they have walk-ins. well I was a walk-in and they had the people and the bays to do an oil change. I was piss so i left and went down the road to another place and got an oil change in less than 10 minutes. Belle will never see me again after being turned away for a 10-15 minute job. Called to schedule an appointment to fix a tire (which I purchased through them). Was told it was a first come first serve basis. Showed up first thing in the morning. The two employees behind the counter were asking each other if there was enough time to get me in. One employee asked me to come back in 3 days. I told them I tried scheduling and was told it was a first come first serve. They then told me that they don't see scheduling because it's done online. They clearly didn't understand that what I was trying to tell them, which was that I was told on the phone no appointments needed to be made. Drove across the street to their competitor and got right in. Unfortunately, had to replace the tire because the particular tire that I had issues with was previously repaired by Belle and no longer good due to their "repair." read more
