I had Aaron put racing brake fluid and oil, but forgot to put the cap back on the brake fluid! The only reason this wasn't total disaster is because I take my car to the track on a trailer. Tech inspectors at the race track caught it and we all had a good laugh at my mechanic's expense!! That would have been an excusable mistake but now I found out he over-torqued my oil pan bolt and stripped the threads. Now I have to spend almost 3k to get it replaced and I've had to cancel my next track event while I wait on the back ordered part. I left him a message with an opportunity to make this right and have not gotten any response. Don't let this hack touch your car.

This piece took my van out of commission, we went to O'Reilly in the hopes of a quick fix. Unfortunately they didn't have the exact part we needed and since it was after 7 their distribution center closed. While I attempted to entertain the three little kids the O'Rielly associate, Benny, went way above and beyond for us. He went to home depot in search of a part that would be a temporary fix, with no luck. He drove my husband to AutoZone, again with no luck. We spent basically four hours with Benny trying to find some way to fix our van and be on our way. Sadly we had to delay our trip and spend the night in Toledo, but they had the part for us early in the morning and directed us to someone who could properly attach the part for free. Benny and Eddy at O'Reilly made a terrible situation much better than it would have been otherwise. I only wish I lived in the vicinity so I could frequent the store for all my auto parts needs.

One of their drivers was throwing an absolute fit…read morebecause a vehicle in front of them needed to turn left, smacking his head, throwing his hands around and slamming the dash. then a few miles down the road I because the victim of his road rage when he brake checked me in the middle of an intersection before having to get on the highway behind him. where he then brake checked me again, cut off the vehicle in front of me, and when I passed him he double handed flipped me off while screaming and proceeded to double hand middle finger me while simultaneously trying to flash his brights. after exiting the highway he followed me the wrong direction from where he needed to go to return to his terminal which at that point I had to find out where he worked so I followed him as he sped up and down through a neighborhood (where I kept my distance) until he turned into the locations parking lot. when I called to speak management about the incident they acted as if this type of behavior is acceptable and even promoted with their employees saying they were filing a police report ON ME? the only thing I had down to their driver was honk one time when I was brake checked and then try to get away until I was followed.
