Once I got to Discount Tire inside of buying a new tire (Lukas) said lets go take a look at it. He took one look at it and said Tuffy is stupid, the hole is not to close to the side wall. They were able to get me patched up and a tire rotation in less than 60 minutes, probably 45. I don't usually do reviews but this place deserved one. If you need a great tire place this one is your store hands down.

Robbie graciously assisted me with information on how to make the rig ready for transportation to his shop. This all happened after they had already closed for the night. He let us park that night in front of a beautiful repair facility and even allowed us to plug into a 20 amp outdoor plug/receptacle for RV power. We had a driver stranded on the side of the highway for many hours after the first tow company we called failed to show up and couldn't provide any updates. After waiting far too long, we reached out to Wright Tire & Auto, and the difference in service was immediate. As soon as I called, the phone rang one time before someone answered. The person in the office was extremely professional and efficient. Once I gave them the go‑ahead, driver Brandon called us right away, confirmed he was on the way, and even reached out directly to our driver to reassure him that help was coming. He kept us updated the entire time -- something we truly appreciated. He told us he'd be there in 30 minutes, and he absolutely delivered. Despite extreme weather and dangerous road conditions -- conditions that caused other tow companies to turn us down -- Brandon still made it out. He called again when he was pulling up to the scene and had both our driver and the semi safely heading back to our shop shortly after. Meanwhile, the original tow company still had not even arrived.
