He was absolutely fantastic to work with and made the entire buying process easy, comfortable, and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase and making sure my car was CLEAN! Although Mark is no longer with Thayer Honda, I wanted to take a moment to recognize him because he made such a positive impression on me and played a big part in making my car-buying experience so great back in 22. Coming up is my 4-year anniversary with my Civic Hatch, and I can honestly say I couldn't be happier with it. I absolutely love my car! In all this time, I've had nothing go wrong with it, which has made owning it such a great experience. Ive done nothing but oil changes, tire rotates, engine and cabin filter replacements and thats it! My service experience over the past four years has also been 5 stars!!! The service team has consistently taken great care of me and my vehicle, and I've always felt like a valued customer. If you're bringing your vehicle in for service, please see Ethan Pooley in the service department. He does an excellent job and has always made my service experience a great one. I really appreciate the care and attention he gives to both me and my car. It's hard to find a dealership where you have such a great experience not only when purchasing a vehicle but also throughout the years of ownership. Thayer Honda has continued to provide excellent service, and I truly appreciate the care they've shown me and my car. A huge thank you to Mark Toth for helping me find a car that I absolutely love, Ethan Pooley for taking such great care of me in the service department, and the entire Thayer Honda team for continuing to provide such a great experience. I would highly recommend Thayer Honda to anyone looking for a great vehicle, cleanliness, a great buying experience, and outstanding service after the sale!

In fact, they refuse to look at the sheet from the other dealership. Assuming it was fine I continued on until Valvoline told me there was a leak. After having been a loyal Thayer customer for years (up until this happened), when my dad died and…read moreleft me his 20 year old sports car, of course I took it to Thayer for detailing, an oil change, adjusting a rocker panel, and replacing the window motor on the passenger side. The first time I got it back, the rocker panel was not fixed (later they explained why, and that was fine). It was not properly detailed, windows not clean and the whole back of the car was never even vacuumed. My husband pointed this out to the service manager, who did not care, offer to fix it, etc. They also lost the driver's floormat (it was there when I dropped it off, but not when I picked it up). Service manager said they hang them up on the wall to clean them, then put it back in. Basically, you are SOL. Again, didn't care, very rude and condescending. So I'll be paying to replace that. Also, the driver's door panel around the handle was loose when we picked it up, my husband had to tighten the screw. That's when we noticed the over an inch long crack on the inside of the driver's door by the window. Service manager insisted they never touched that door, of course. Obviously, it appeared that someone perhaps removed that door panel to see how it went in on the passenger side and broke it putting it back together. When we brought the car back the second time, my husband pointed it out to the service manager. Nope, they never touched the door, was the only response we got. I have been in and around that car for 20 years, and there was never a crack there before it went to Thayer. So, I'll be paying to replace that, as well. Also, now the "service engine soon" light is on, so whatever they did during the process of the oil change, I'll be paying to fix that, too. So disgusted, and have never had a "service manager" treat me so poorly, both over the phone, and in person. Up until this all transpired, I would have given them a glowing review.

The car had been sitting on the lot for a while, but they fixed everything that was wrong (my mechanic confirmed!) and gave me a good price. The experience was efficient and businesslike. I would buy from them again.

I drove over 30 miles that day to look at vehicle. I noticed that there were several pieces of loose or missing trim in the rear and some areas that looked like had been repainted. I asked the sales representative if this 2014 Honda CR-V had been wrecked and he said yes of course it has been wrecked. I elected to not test drive or purchase this vehicle. I decided to call Halleck Auto Sales during the trip back home to let them know that I felt like the fact that this obviously wrecked and repaired vehicle should not have been described to me over the phone as indistinguishable from new. During this call, the Halleck sales representative called me and my mother every name under the sun and kept asking me to come back. When I asked "Why?", he told me that "he wanted to punch me in the face and knock my teeth out" REALLY - Because he misrepresented the condition of a car and I called him out over it? If you are considering purchasing a car from this dealership, please reconsider. There are dealers that are much more interested in giving you a fair deal for your hard earned money!

The company did take. care of the gas lid and the parking buttonbut weeks later the car went from automatic into manual as my husband is driving down the road and then the next week it does it for me, which made me feel very unsafe about this car as we were going to travel across the country with . We never touched any as we were driving we were driving and keeping our eyes on the road. I do not recommend this place to anyone. .
