I purchased a used 2022 GMC Terrain (24,576 miles) from The Nice Car Company on December 30, 2025…read more The vehicle was advertised as having passed a "100-point inspection." Within one month (January 26, 2026), the check engine light came on. Diagnosis: codes P0137 and P0500 -- O2 sensor replaced. On March 2, the check engine light returned with code P0500. At that time, the spark plugs were found to be fouled and black. Repairs included replacing the plugs, cleaning the fuel injection and throttle body, performing relearns, and adding fuel cleaner. By March 17 -- just 2.5 months after purchase and only ~1,300 miles driven -- the check engine light came on for a third time. I took the vehicle to a GMC dealership, where they diagnosed fouled spark plugs and an issue with cylinder 4. I was then informed the vehicle is experiencing engine failure and requires a complete engine replacement. For a low-mileage 2022 vehicle, this type of engine failure is unacceptable. I returned to the dealership after the second repair to request an exchange or refund and was dismissed. I was told "check engine lights come on all the time" and advised to continue driving the vehicle. After emailing to request a meeting with the owner, I received a phone call but was given the same response. I was told I had not taken the vehicle to the "correct" mechanic -- despite using a repair facility listed on their own website as approved for the extended warranty I purchased. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting an independent pre-purchase inspection and carefully reviewing the vehicle history before purchasing. I would not recommend The Nice Car Company due to this experience with engine failure and poor customer service.

Steve Taylor wants to sell you a Kia then fail to service it properly and cause more damage…read more Completely incompetent techs,!not mechanics...techs. Don't believe I saw an ASE certification in the service department. Read the reviews. Look them up on the BBB's website. They failed and have been taken to court quite a few times for negligence and fraud. They deserve NO stars.

I purchased my car a year ago through Chris Molnar and he was amazing! Through the year I had to…read morereplace my rear tires twice and when my boyfriend was replacing my rear brakes he noticed my rear lower control arm was completely bent, which looked like it caused from a tow truck latched onto it(before i got the car). This was most likely causing the balding of my rear tires. I made an appointment with the Taylor Kia service department because it said it was covered under my warranty. We dropped my car off Wednesday night for the appointment on Thursday at 7:30am. We received a call Thursday asking what needed looked at and they said they would let us know what was going on when looked at. We called multiple times and left multiple voicemails but no one responded for 4 days. I reached out to my customer service rep and was told they would find out but after I texted back I didn't hear anything more. They finally called today and said we could pick it up and that the part wasn't covered because it didn't fail but was user fault so I would be required to pay the diag fee($234). Absolutely do not recommend getting anything done here ever!!
