Had my car towed from Piasecki. The night of the accident I was told I could either pay cash or card, although there was a surcharge for using my card I was completely okay with that. The next morning I call and was told that cards are not accepted and that cash was the only option... already frustrated I managed to pull Cash out and headed over to the shop. Once I arrived I was ready to pay and pick up. It should have been a 123 process but upon arrival I was told they didn't have any change. How are you only accepting cash but you don't have change for said cash?!? So fine I run to the convenience store, got change and came back. Although my vehicles title was under a different name I had matching last names, and a matching address, plus you guys picked up the car from me so why would I need proof that I'm authorized to pick it up Especially when I'm an authorized driver on my insurance?? This place gave me a run around just to get my car back, if you have a different option in the moment please don't make the same mistake I made. Jim and Kevin worked on our van several times in the last few months. It is a 2000 Chrysler minivan with a wheel chair ramp. There have been several things that needed to be fixed on it, and they always let us know what needed to be serviced first. They are some of the most honest, hard working people we know. Their drivers are courteous whenever they come to shuttle me to and from the shop. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car looked at because Piasecki's won't rip you off with unnecessary work. We had a flat tire on our Winnebago motor home on the Ohio Turnpike on a Sunday afternoon. Service was excellent. Because they had heavy equipment out on other calls, we ended up at their shop to get a lift for our vehicle. The owner even interrupted his lawn mowing to help out.
