No proof of leaking seals on shocks or other defined reason other than " this is common on these vehicles ". Went to pick it up and they did not even complete the rotation. 10 days later, I come to find out that they did not put the tire rim key lock back in the car. I had to go back to the store while they sifted through a box of wheel lock keys, that were never returned to other customers to attempt to find one that fit my vehicle. Customer service and integrity was lost when tireman was bought out by Belle Tire.

I am a loyal customer. Until I catch you being dishonest. My son's GMC Envoy was in for an oil change yesterday. Nicolette told me the brakes were in good shape but felt "spongy" and recommended a brake fluid flush. I found that a little odd since they did some very major brake service on it not that many miles ago, but said OK. She also told me the technician said the car needed new shocks and struts. I said, "OK, but those should be under warranty because when you installed them, I was told they were guaranteed for life--parts and labor." She said "OK, I will look up the warranty information." When I called checking on the car today, I was told that the car doesn't need struts and shocks after all. When I said "Nicolette told me yesterday it needed them, why doesn't it need them today?", the story changed and now it was just a recommendation based on the miles on the vehicle. Let's be very clear, and a big part of my job is listening to what people say, this recommendation was not expressed to me in terms of miles on the vehicle, but based on the tech telling her that it needs shocks and struts. I even snapped a picture of his note on the repair work order (see attached). Nor did she ask me if they had ever been replaced--I volunteered that they had. So what I don't know is if I was lied to in the first instance about the car needing shocks and struts, or the second when they decided it didn't when I pointed out that they would be paying for the repair. I will have to take the car somewhere I can trust to determine if the repair is necessary. If it is, I'll have it done and take Belle Tire the bill. Either way, I'm feeling betrayed. These two stories are not reconcilable in the absence of dishonesty. Sorry guys. I've put up with careless mistakes like oil fill caps not being replaced and parts blocking the hood from latching. But I can't tolerate dishonesty.

After an alignment check, a dealership told us we needed a new axle. We took it to Ambrosia's and they were able to pinpoint the exact issue, costing us much less than originally quoted by the dealership. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. We have trusted Ryan and the team to work on our vehicles prior to this, and we have always walked away feeling confident in the work that was completed and not feeling taken advantage of like so many other places.

It is a comfortable experience whether an oil change or a problem that is beyond usual understanding. The staff asks the right questions to understand the problem and then are able to get your car in with concern for your schedule. I am very appreciative of the efforts the garage made in two problems that I struggled with and had tried to get assistance from other garages: I could not open the hatch because the handle was broken. They found a replacement and I again had a truck to store items. The broken door on the driver side drained the battery and I needed to get the car jumped frequently. I had to drive the car every day or the battery would be dead. Once Ambrosia's fixed these problems my life became easier.

Upon getting her car back, she realized that one of her pair of sunglasses, worth $500, were missing from her vehicle. the owner claims that his technicians wouldn't know how much they were worth because they are men, even though they are a popular designer brand, which many people would recognize. Police are now involved and this issue will be going to court regarding both the car and the "lost" sunglasses. I've been in the process of drafting this review for weeks now, for the sake of making sure the information I am providing to you is accurate and up to date. The car had to be towed to Land Rover to be worked on because allied made it undriveable after ensuring that they had the ability to work on land rovers. The dealership called us back to inform us that they had messed up all of the wiring to the engine, something they never had permission to do in the first place. The land rover staff was shocked and informed us that there was likely nothing seriously wrong with the car other than the wires that had been ruined by allied. This repair is now going to cost $4000 on top of whatever fees we will have to pay to litigate against allied motorworks, as well as the cost of replacing the stolen sunglasses. If you want to avoid a major headache and basically being robbed in broad daylight, avoid doing business with this company. TL; DR : They will ruin your car and steal from you, causing you to shovel thousands to an actual qualified mechanic. This business should genuinely be shut down.
