TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased a tire at the store on Central that was leaking air after only a couple weeks. I called on Sunday because Google said the store was open. Joe answered the phone and told me they were only for a special sale but that if I came it at 8 a.m. Monday, they would have me in and out in a couple hours. When I got there at 8 a.m., there was already a line in front of me. They had opened early apparantly. They told me they took no reservations and that they were booked up and I would have to wait in the back of the line. That would have been fine, except they were extremely rude in doing so. They were utterly dismissive of my concerns and offered no help. Joe told me they weren't even open Sunday -- despite their posted hours saying they were and despite him having answered the phone. I bought 4 new tires and one of them was leaking. I called to make an appointment to have it looked at and they said no appointment necessary and I can bring it in to be looked at. I brought the car in and was told sorry they are too busy. Too busy to guarantee their work? The new customers are more important than correctly finishing a previous job? I came in on Monday 8/8/22 between 5:15 and 5:30 and said I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was told "Not going to happen". I was told the mechanic leaves at 5:00. When I said I thought you were open until 8:00 I was told they are but the mechanic leaves at 5:00. Congratulations, it took one jerk to loose you a customer who has been taking cars to you for over 10 years, on nights you are open late for oil changes and other services. There are better ways to let someone know you can't help them than "Not going to happen". read more

Just visited the Belle Tire located on Central Avenue in Sylvania, OH, to have warranty brake work done. It's a Thursday and I called on Tuesday to be sure it was ok to bring in two days later for the brake work. The answer I got was yes bring it on in. Anyway, before I could even finish my sentence about the brake work the service guy Joe stopped me rudely & said "I have no mechanics". This was the third time I've had difficulty with this specific service person. Previously he would not honor my warranty & I had to go back to some old files to dig out receipts and warranty paperwork. I went back & showed him the papers & suddenly he was able to find the records on his pc. This location is very bad at customer service & I will never go back to this location. I went to the next closest Belle Tire where they were very friendly, found my warranty before I could even mention it, and sent texts when my vehicle would be ready. I'll give a 4 or 5 star review (once finished) to the Belle Tire on Secor. As for the Belle Tire on Central, the customer service is non-existent there & I warn all prospective customers to stay away! read more

I purchased a set of tires at BELLE TIRE 1year ago because they offered a rebate .The problems started when I picked the car up, they charged me for a alinement without my consent , I had left my ph number if any questions . After some debate they removed the charge . I received the rebate and had my brakes done, a week latter the front end of the car shook when the brakes were applied took it back 3 times was told that's the way it is too bad !!!! Six months later went to Tireman to get oil change and inspection because we were going on a trip Tireman said front brake was seized that was causing vibration in front end !!! Estimate 350$ I said just put wheels back on it to was going back to Belle Tire . BELLE TIRE looked at it said yes I needed new total brake job I asked what warranty covered they said as he smiled " Jee it looks like the warranty "has expired I said this wasn't the first complaint I've made regarding the problem . So I asked him how much to do the brakes AGAIN the S O B said 850$ as he grinned at me !!! I've found calling people like this names doesn't do any good because they already know what they are, all I can say if BELLE TIRE were on fire I wouldn't even piss on BELLE TIRE Sylvania Ohio !!! Today I went in with a leak in my tire and an employee named Joe told me I should know how busy they were on a Monday and that it would take all day (as if I work there and should know their schedule). He continuously called me "dear" and "sweetie" which is not only poor customer service, but overall sexist and offensive. I was laughed at and belittled and will never be returning to this location. read more

My latest attempt to get service after the sale has once again been an exercise in frustration. The Sylvania Ohio location was my "go to" place for service for many years. Now not so much. It was amazing that when I purchased the tires for my truck I got them installed within an hour. Now that I need a rotation, a service I have already paid for, they can't get to me for hours. ****TERRIBLE SERVICE**** I would never suggest anyone have any work done by this Belle Tire. I had my shocks and front struts replaced there. I had to take the car back to them 8 times to get the job done right. Each time I got the car back it rattled which means the installation was not done correctly. They scratched the bumper and the bumper had to be repainted. They lost or damaged several of the access doors on the car that are used for accessing the oil filter and right headlight lamp. ****DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I called Belle Tire on Central Avenue BEFORE I left home to see how much it would cost for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told $33....something. I asked if they would take a competitors' coupon. I was told yes they will price match. Upon arriving at the location, I presented the coupons I had and was told that THEY use PREMIUM oil and couldn't possibly do my oil change and tire rotation for $22.95. As I had also arranged for my 80 year old father to get his done at the same time then walk next door for breakfast we were both lied to and inconvenienced. Make sure you shop around before doing business with this company there are nationwide companies that can and will give you a better deal on average 100.00 to 130.00 a set. I was in a bind and needed tires on my truck, i thought i was getting a fair deal on a set of four. After waiting 2 hours to get them installed, i was heading home and relieved a call from the sales department notifying me that the wrong tires were installed on my truck (load range) and i would have to come back the next day because they would have to order the tires. When I came back they tried to tell me they wouldn't charge me more for the correct tires (Are you kidding). Then told me it would be a extra 30.00 + dollars a tire for Warranty. When selling tires there favorite line is i can give you them at cost. Lol. Everyone on the internet on average is 100.00 dollars cheaper. I 100% suggest going to Discount tire they are nationwide and have better prices on there tires and warranty. read more

I would give this place a zero if I could because my father went in there last weekend to get the black friday deals that were advertised online from Belle tire themselves and on YouTube. The add said exactly 250 off a set of 4 tires in form of Visa rebate or 300 in store credit off the next set of tires. Tires as low as $39 after the rebates. Since me and my husband both need a set of tires for each of our cars... my father went in to purchase a set for me and when we got the rebates back of $75 each tire then me and my husband would use the $300 to purchase his set of tires in the near future. 2 years ago we bought tires from here with black friday deal and everything went smoothly. Now this year my dad went in and showed the guy the add and told him what he wanted and the guy at the front counter rang him up and didnt say anything about the add being false or a lie. When my father came home he sent me the rebate form and i filled it out and it said i was only able to redeem 1 $75 in store credit. So my father went back to the store and talked to the same man that he showed the add to on the day before. The guy pretended to not remember him showing the commercial advertisement to him and also the screenshot of the add on belle tire website. So my father asked for a full refund and the guy grabbed the paper receipt from his hands and gave him the refund with no explanation or apologies and just plain out rude. The . Now he didnt even offer to make the deal right. His name was Nate. In early August, we took our car to Belle Tire because it was not driving smoothly--our Toyota Sienna lunged forward while driving and the gears jerked whenever they shifted. Belle Tire grossly misdiagnosed our vehicle and repaired $2532 worth of non-critical items that should have waited, ultimately leaving us with an inoperative car that died on the road. Earl Brothers identified the cause of our car's problems within minutes, citing transmission failure due to black and burnt ATF. I was told the Belle Tire store manager, Nate, who I opened my case with, had been transferred to another location and the new store manager not only knew nothing about my case or my car's condition, but was hostile and unwilling to help with our problems. Belle Tire advised me to call its national headquarters, and the man I spoke to, Dave, was rude, unsympathetic, and unwilling to resolve the dangerous problems that persisted in our vehicle, insisting that we pay for the unnecessary repairs they had already performed. Our car died on the road a week later. I cannot help but feel like they saw me as an older, immigrant Chinese woman who didn't know much about cars and took advantage of me.The Belle Tire representative who responded to my initial poor review on Google said the Corporate Customer Service Team has spoken to my attorney, but she is either confused and mistaken or lying because my attorney was never involved in this case. I have never heard from anyone from Corporate Customer Services. Her response to my review was the first I had ever heard from Belle Tire on this matter. I am very disappointed in their untruthful and dismissive response. They took a significant amount of my money and did not fix my car. read more

I have done business here in the past and have been satisfied, but I will no longer visit belle for any service. I went into the store for a quick oil change, there were 4 employees behind the desk and a couple open bays. I was told it would be a hour to hour and a half till they could get to it. I was in a hurry that day so i asked if i could set up an appointment for the following day. I was told that they don't do appointments in case they have walk-ins. well I was a walk-in and they had the people and the bays to do an oil change. I was piss so i left and went down the road to another place and got an oil change in less than 10 minutes. Belle will never see me again after being turned away for a 10-15 minute job. Also I attempted to submit a review on the company's website and it didn't take it. that could be an error on my end with my internet connection but it could also be that i wasn't giving them a good review. read more

My husband and I have had all of our vehicles serviced at Belle Tire in Woodhaven, MI. They were always a 5 star business. We have moved and are now close to the Sylvania, OH location. I would give them LESS THAN one star if possible. While waiting in line, two different people came in to complain that what they paid to get fixed was not fixed after multiple attempts. I don't know why I thought this was going to go well after that. Ugh. As the pattern continued, I picked up my car after I was told the noise from the back end was fixed. After paying $150 for differential fluid, which I was told was the problem, the exact noise still exists. I was told to bring it back when I had time and they'd look at it again. The man at the counter was one of the laziest workers I have ever encountered. I'm not sure how this shop keeps customers. Horrible, horrible, horrible. took my car in for a routine tire rotation/balance, after one week i was able to drive on freeway when i noticed the car steering wheel and wheels vibrated. I was finally able to take the car back the following week (its my spare car) to recheck the balancing. After waiting for 2hrs, I was informed my tires were incorrectly remounted the 1st time on the wrong sides of car( have directional tires), which means they were mounted backwards. I replied WHAT? and their response was SORRY..nothing more. I sent and email to corporate and got the standard response how they appreciate me taking the time to send my critique, but nothing more for wasting my time. I can't believe a company which sells tires for a business doesn't know how to mount directional tires. read more
