I brought my Ford Escape in for one leaking tire, which of course they said was unfixable without a…read morenew tire. Then it was suggested that all four be replaced, which given the mileage, was reasonable. So I go with the lowest package, which $800+ seems expensive for, but I rolled with it. Well apparently when I asked what the tire cost would be, the extra $100 for tire rotation wasn't added in. So now I'm pushing a grand for 4 tires. Definitely not the cheapest around but despite the overselling, I agreed to it. But that's only enough reason to give it 3 stars for being the average crappy tire dealership. The 1 star is because when I had to get a brake job done a few months later, my mechanic called and asked where I got my tires. I said Belle Tire, to which he said he spent more than an hour just removing the lug nuts, because apparently torque isn't a concept that's understood over there. So another $120 was needed for lug nuts. I brought my lug muts and my complaint to them, and after picking out a couple "acceptable" lug nuts from the bad ones I showed them, he said "well, those lug nuts swell and we don't have the exact socket size for them so there's not much we can do with them. It's pretty common with Escapes."Really?? And after you rounded them off and sent me back on the road where my car lug wrench doesn't even work on them anymore, now you tell me there's a problem with my lug nuts? Thankfully I didn't have a flat tire in no man's land and found out the hard way how hard it is to remove cylinder lug nuts. Thanks for nothing. And I appreciate the concern by warning me of these "swelling" lug nut issues before I paid $1000 for irremovable tires. What a bunch of smug incompetents. Discount Tire here I come.

Told them to hold off on any work, I wanted to call around for quotes. First quote was $700 for a full replacement. Called another place very close to my home and said I would have my car there in an hour. Went back to belle tire to find that they had changed out my tires even though I said hold off on any work. So I ended up paying them for the tires. Long story short, the place close to home did a full up and down courtesy inspection with a printed breakdown of the results showing me my shocks and struts are totally fine and that Belle was doing nothing more than a $1600 money grab.

They sold me a new tire, and after the cost of the tire and installation, it was about $275. I advised the service person who assisted me that I was turning this leased car in, in approximately 5 months. He continued to tell me that all my other tires were "terrible" and that I should get every tire replaced because it's likely that the leasing company will require it or "ding" me if I turn the car in with bad tires. Mind you, there is only 33,000 miles on this car, and of the 10 vehicles I have leased in the past 20 years, not once have I ever been dinged for tires or required to replace the tires. Throughout his consult with me, the service attendant kept trying to get to me get all new tires...I mean, come on guy, read the room! I don't want or need all new tires for a car I am going to turn in soon! He told me that they would get the tire on and have me out in 30 minutes, and that they would put the spare tire back in it's holding cavity underneath my hatchback floor and I could be on my way. They did indeed get me on my way in about 37 minutes. About a mile from leaving the establishment, my tire pressure monitor tells me that the new tire has 26 lbs of pressure in it. However, the other three tires on my car are set at 35 lbs of pressure. Huh? Why didn't they fill it to 35 lbs to match the other tires? That evening, I stopped at Kroger to purchase groceries, and when I lifted my hatchback to load them into the back, there it was: the spare tire and all of its parts and screws, not put back away as I was assured it would be. Frustrating! Come on people, deliver what you say you would deliver! Good points about this establishment is very courteous customer service and speedy service. Bad points are described above. My car drives noticeably rougher and I need to investigate if I should fill my "new tire" with 35 lbs of pressure to match the other tires.

After running it for a while they reported the battery was now fully charged, so most likely not an alternator issue. I told them that we sometimes noticed the car would sometimes switch to accessory mode when turning off. They asked if they could run load tests and check the switch and keep it overnight. We agreed. In the end, they found no issues. When I went to pick it up , I asked for the bill and I was told there was no charge. I was shocked! I thanked them very much for checking everything and even more for the no-charge. Just based on that, I think I have my new service garage!

We topped off the tire with air and searched for a nearby AAA garage and fortunately found this Jackman Rd location. They were able to assess it right away, although being quite busy. They gently recommended a new tire, and noted the others were likewise aged. We knew the car would be needing new tires, but thought we had more time before they went. It was time. I felt no pressure to buy from them; they gave us a few different tire options and let us choose what to do. They had the tires in stock and were able to get them on within an hour. In the meantime, they had a bathroom, and recommended a nearby store for snacks while we waited. We were safely back on the road in 1.5 hours. They were genuinely trying to help us, rather than trying to make a buck. So hard to find caring people in customer service, who are also efficient and effective.
