It was 5:30pm and their listed hours say they close at 6 but I took the chance and went anyway. They stayed late to take a look at my transmission, said they didn't see a crack or leak, but it was low on fluid so they topped it off and sent me on my way. They were really nice and honest -- they could have told me anything and I would have believed them. They charged me 1/2 hour labor and that was it. It turns out that the shock that was not tightened by Firestone back in May, 2025, even though they had the car for 3 days, was making that noise, because it was still not tight, despite two trips to Firestone to take care of it. Consequently, on Monday, August 11, 2025 I had to pay another shop for a new bolt and nut on the bottom of it, and to install same.

He attempted to demean me and make me feel stupid. He purposely bent the latch to my hood so that I would have trouble getting it open. He also tried to charge me 300 for a battery and an alignment.
