I told them that we sometimes noticed the car would sometimes switch to accessory mode when turning off. They asked if they could run load tests and check the switch and keep it overnight. We agreed. In the end, they found no issues. When I went to pick it up , I asked for the bill and I was told there was no charge. I was shocked! They gently recommended a new tire, and noted the others were likewise aged. We knew the car would be needing new tires, but thought we had more time before they went. It was time. I felt no pressure to buy from them; they gave us a few different tire options and let us choose what to do. They had the tires in stock and were able to get them on within an hour. In the meantime, they had a bathroom, and recommended a nearby store for snacks while we waited. We were safely back on the road in 1.5 hours. They were genuinely trying to help us, rather than trying to make a buck. So hard to find caring people in customer service, who are also efficient and effective.
