I confirmed the appointment 3 days before the date we had discussed and provided address information. The night before, Calvin texted me that the driver had a Dr.'s appointment and would have to push back the time. No problem. I pulled the car from storage and got it ready to tow at the appointed time. Then Calvin called me and said we would have to push the date back five days. Two days later, he called and said the driver was not available and he did not have anyone who could help me. So a month later, I'm back to square one. Very disappointed. Two stars for calling and cancelling three days before I got the car out of storage... again.

"Brake-ing News: Piasecki is the Real Deal!"…read more Just had our 4-Runner in for what sounded like a squeaky front-row performance, and Kevin diagnosed it like a true auto whisperer. Turns out it was the brakes and rotors crying for help. They didn't just stop there (pun intended), Kevin walked us through everything in detail, with the kind of transparency most places lack. Price? Super fair. Turnaround? Fast enough to make pit crews jealous, we could have picked it up in a few hours, but left it overnight as we were too busy that evening. Extra points for honesty: Kevin even told us the rear brakes didn't need replacing yet. Talk about not trying to pad the bill (brake pad joke--couldn't resist). If you need someone who actually gives a rotor about your car, go see Kevin at Piasecki. Your car will thank you, and so will your wallet.

I found Bargain Towing online and they were a pleasant God send from start to finish. Sam was very communicative on the phone and gave the best quote in comparison to the other 5 companies I called. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident. Hoping our paths do not need to cross again, lol, but if they do I have their number saved in my phone because they were a ray of sunshine after a gloomy moment. Great service, personalities, and professional start to finish.

If you need some brakes or a tire put on this is your spot. They also offer towing services at a reduced rates so that works also. I've come here and had my radiator replaced several tires replaced and just now the other day I needed some breaks rotors and calipers. I do think that they were cheaper a few years ago but now they're kind of online with a lot of other places but not like Midas or such. Sam is very friendly and responsive. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there. It's definitely a good place to get simple Auto work done. Come check them out. Sam will take care of you

They will not tell you some BS about something that's not wrong with your car and ask for a ton of money to fix a non existent problem. I know that if they find a problem, their labor fees (which are maybe a bit higher then some of the nationwide chains) are very worth it. I am assured that the mechanic working on my car is ASE certified and that he knows what they're doing. You pay for the best with everything else and with J&J I am more then happy to pay them what their time is worth, since I know that in the long run, I will save money by having my car serviced by a trustworthy shop, and that it will be done correct the first time. There are multiple times that I've taken my vehicle in for something that I thought was a bigger problem then what it was, and they fixed it for pennies compared to what I was quoted at other shops. One time in specific they fixed a y valve that split the coolant line into 2 pieces, I found out that the part was a pretty low cost part, but it was a bit difficult to install. When I took the vehicle to a "discount" chain to get a quote, i was quoted $500 for the part and $50 for the install. J&J Charged me under 100 for the part, and around 125 for the installation. They also told me that a laundry list of other items that the other shop said was wrong, were perfectly fine. This is why I keep coming back to them, time and again, even for oil changes, because I can trust them to do it right the first time. Thanks!
