Needed an alternator replaced in my son's vehicle and Joel made it an easy and seamless transition from battery problems to back on the road. And I mean lightning fast! Attentive and prompt is the best way to describe his communication. The little details and commitment to his craft matter as well considering he went out of his way on a Sunday to come back to replace a bad fuse that he discovered as a minor issue as well! Highly grateful and satisfied customers over here! Definitely recommend!

I have tried SEVERAL times to resolve the MANY issues w/the vehicle, however in vain. I have even went as far as the owner, but by using caller ID, I am told, "He is not in today" I was told the car was a "clean title and had never been in a wreck". This vehicle was hit HARD on the passenger side front and was put back together very badly. Also, salesman said, "Tires are knee deep in rubber" They were NOT. They are wearing BADLY on the inside and showing the steel belts (body shop says from the front end damage, NOT being out of alignment). ALSO , someone has put a different gear ratio in the rear end and the speedometer is off by 8 miles an hour! I too asked, "Is this a numbers matching car?" I was told, "Yes" BOTH FRONT FENDERS AND THE FRONT BUMPER COVER HAVE BEEN REPLACED (FORD DOT, NO VIN NUMBERS) All of this is in twxt/documented.

He was pleasant, courteous, and took time to answer all my questions. Including our main concern, brake pads/ brake replacement with costs. Lost the coupon thru ValuPak. Called them and they said no problem, they had coupons there. Dropped car off around 8:30; they called back 1 1/2 hours later. Everything passed safety check. We've been going to Tireman for years, but we're not too sure of going over to Belle Tire. So, we went thru the ValuPak coupons and ratings at Yelp and elsewhere. We are very happy with this friendly and professional family business. Will definitely have them as our auto mechanics from now on.

Let me ASSURE YOU, they live up to their 5 star rating. The owner is very polite and enjoyably social while I waited for a ride to pick me up. In fact, he even offered to have the mechanic drive me back to my home. A couple hours later, he called with the results and estimate. Not only did he confirm what I needed, but he even went as far as to explaining what caused the damage (grounded wiring). As I said before, I already did my homework. I knew how much labor should cost, and I knew how much the part should cost. THEIR FINAL BILL was about $150 less than professional estimates. They also at no charge took care of the wiring problem, recharged the battery, and had the car finished within a couple of hours. FYI, The name "L & M Automotive" may be hard to see when driving by, but just look for the big Sunoco sign & gas station, and you'll have your car in good, affordable, dependable and friendly hands. From the owner's own words, "We won't charge you for something if it doesn't need fixed." -A great motto of integrity service.
