Claimed there were no connectors to rewire the harness anywhere so we had to wait. Took the car back and sent it over to Fredericktown Chevrolet, where they infact had the connectors in stock, and the car is now ready to be picked up 2 days later for a fraction of the price we got quoted from steinle. The absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life involving customer service and overall work being completed. Also mentioned before, we purchased the vehicle from here and that was a horrible experience as well. Salesman made absolutely 0 attempts to start a conversation with us, sat on his phone while paperwork was being done. Entire process took well over 3+ hours. Bought the car late January, have had the car 7 months, probably have been able to drive it maybe 4 of those months because it has been in the shop with constant issues. Horrible experience, do not recommend unless you legitimately hate money.
