The tow truck operator turned the key and knew exactly what went wrong on our truck. Not only did he tow a full 17 foot Uhaul with a trailer on the back, he helped us deal with Uhaul and saved us a lot of time driving to get a new truck. He recommended places to stay, eat, and let us come the next day with the new truck and transfer our belongings over in their lot. I have never had a good experience with a tow truck company until now. The staff's knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude coupled with a good sense of humor made our breakdown a manageable event in our move across the country instead of a catastrophe.

The AAA tow truck driver took the car to Super Muffler while my daughter and I holed up in an overpriced hotel. Do not use this business unless you need a simple service like an oil change or minor maintenance…read more I was not familiar with auto shops in this area as a newer resident, and a neighbor recommended them. I was initially impressed with the free towing of my pickup when my starter went out. It was repaired with no problem. However, I took it back to Greer when I had some other issues with my truck due to overheating. I was told I needed a new intake manifold, so I was quoted $1500. Then I received a call that it was going to cost more, around $600, due to labor hours, because they ran into issues. So long story short, the truck was not completely repaired correctly, and I had to keep putting antifreeze in it as there was a leak somewhere. So, someone must not have known how to work on a Ford because now I have a blown head gasket, and the vehicle is dead. Since Greer's mechanic had the engine completely torn down to fix an issue, everything should have been checked. In my opinion, they threw it back together when they "ran into issues" and did not know how to fix a Ford. All someone had to do was let me know what the problem was, or if it was more than they could handle.

They kept the car for several days and took it to another shop and then called to tell us it was fixed. Ended up taking it back three times and never fixed so we took it to a ford dealership.
