Words are just words, but I want to say that I was very pleased with the work and the cost. This shop will not give you fluff. They are straightforward and to the point. If you want someone to hug you and wipe tears, go to a con-man shop. If you want a straight forward summary with a no-bull atmosphere, come here. It is rare for me to recommend a shop that would perform to the same or higher standards I would do myself. This is a shop that is worth the visit.

Coming in from out of town on my way to Des Moines, "troubling" doesn't begin to describe my worry…read morewhen I saw the check engine light go off about 20 miles outside of Toledo. Spent the night in a local hotel and called Toledo Auto Care the next morning to set up an appointment the next day. Turned out it was just some dirty oil that needed changing. The mechanic showed me the brakes and let me know that they were going to need changing sometime in the near future, but it wasn't anywhere close to the in-your-face sales pitch that some auto shops give you. I left Toledo Auto Care with a healthy care and a healthier state of mind. They treat their customers right here, and if I'm in the area again this will be my number one choice for any car repairs.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Toledo Auto and Tire !!!!!!!!!!!! I took…read moremy Audi to this shop to have the spark plugs changed before a road trip, and they assured me they could handle the job without hesitation. Unfortunately, about a month later, my car stopped turning over. I took it to another shop to have it diagnosed, and I was shocked to find out that Toledo Auto and Tire shop had installed Chrysler spark plugs in my Audi. That could have potentially caused serious issues if I hadn't caught it when I did. If they didn't have the correct parts, they should have been upfront about it instead of making a substitution without telling me. The work should be done correctly--not just done for the sake of saying it's finished. I would not trust this shop with my vehicle again, not even for something as simple as a tire change. Their prices may be cheap, but in my experience, the quality of the work matched the price. I'd rather pay more at a reputable shop and know the job is being done properly. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this shop. Please do your research and make sure the shop working on your vehicle is using the correct parts and following proper procedures.

I hit one of Toledos famous pot holes and put a bubble in my tire so I called around looking for a replacement. You would think I was searching for a unicorn. I called here because that's where I bought them. I was told I wasn't in their system, they don't carry that brand and they would call me back with some options of tires they do carry. I never received a call back. To be fair two other companies also didn't call me back. I am a pleasant person just trying to find an inexpensive tire. Customer service is a thing of the past I guess. I called them twice I wasn't about to call a third time. I am posting a picture of the record of my purchase from them of the tires they said they couldn't order for a person they have no record of.... Even though they send me emails and coupons in the mail.... They've no record of me right?

I found Bargain Towing online and they were a pleasant God send from start to finish. Sam was very communicative on the phone and gave the best quote in comparison to the other 5 companies I called. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident. Hoping our paths do not need to cross again, lol, but if they do I have their number saved in my phone because they were a ray of sunshine after a gloomy moment. Great service, personalities, and professional start to finish.

If you need some brakes or a tire put on this is your spot. They also offer towing services at a reduced rates so that works also. I've come here and had my radiator replaced several tires replaced and just now the other day I needed some breaks rotors and calipers. I do think that they were cheaper a few years ago but now they're kind of online with a lot of other places but not like Midas or such. Sam is very friendly and responsive. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there. It's definitely a good place to get simple Auto work done. Come check them out. Sam will take care of you

Had an oil change and safety check yesterday…read more Went there last week to check the place out. Owner/operator noticed me walking to service desk from my car. He said he'd meet me inside. He was pleasant, courteous, and took time to answer all my questions. Including our main concern, brake pads/ brake replacement with costs. Lost the coupon thru ValuPak. Called them and they said no problem, they had coupons there. Dropped car off around 8:30; they called back 1 1/2 hours later. Everything passed safety check. We've been going to Tireman for years, but we're not too sure of going over to Belle Tire. So, we went thru the ValuPak coupons and ratings at Yelp and elsewhere. We are very happy with this friendly and professional family business. Will definitely have them as our auto mechanics from now on.
