The. Worst. Shop. In. Town…read more Dropped our van off for repairs on Thursday evening. They changed the oil filter housing, new breaks and tie rods. Said they would have it done by the following Wednesday. Wednesday comes, no car, no call. Friday we called to check on it said they be were still working on it and they would have it ready by Monday. Monday evening still no car and no call. Wednesday afternoon. No car, no calls. Thursday morning we called and asked what the problem was and they said they were just taking it down off the lift. Paid for their services almost $2000. Get the car back and it's leaking power steering fluid and the boots are knocked off of the CV joint and they claim they didn't touch it. And won't fix it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE OR YOUR MONEY TO THESE FOOLS!

Ran over a screw last night and just wanted it pulled out and plugged with some rubber, snipped and air added like usual. One to two minute job! The front desk associate was pleasant but told me it would be a two hour wait. I had my 8 ur old with me and went to get her some McDonald's and came back and a different mechanic took my truck to the back set it up on the lift (which was totally unnecessary) had my daughter and I in the lobby over an hour then tried to say I need this and that ( 4 new tires, etc) I know this ALREADY. It's a 2014 Jeep Compass. I actually need a new vehicle but FOR NOW all I need is A PLUG. He hands me some paperwork saying $629 or something like that for 4 tires etc. etc. and DIDNT even plug my tire. Left the screw in the tire and there's and a sign saying they "PLUG TIRES" etc. I was beyond disappointed and frustrated been there all that time for NOTHING. Went down the street to UNIROYAL and Chase plugged my tire in literally 2 minutes!! THANK GOD for UNIROYAL!!! Firestone at 800 W. They we professional, reasonably priced, and honest. They knew they had us backed into a corner, but they never tried to take advantage. It turned out to be a slipped belt, and was considerably less money for the car repair than for the hotel stay.
