Said they would have it done by the following Wednesday. Wednesday comes, no car, no call. Friday we called to check on it said they be were still working on it and they would have it ready by Monday. Monday evening still no car and no call. Wednesday afternoon. No car, no calls. Thursday morning we called and asked what the problem was and they said they were just taking it down off the lift. Paid for their services almost $2000. Get the car back and it's leaking power steering fluid and the boots are knocked off of the CV joint and they claim they didn't touch it. And won't fix it. There was not an option for the smiley tire on hayes Ave in Fremont so I will wrote it under this…read moreone. I ordered my tires through Goodyear.com and this was one of the preferred shops to put them on. I called them bc I wasn't sure about tire pressure monitoring sensors (tpms) and they answered all my questions regarding them. Jason said they can definitely put the tires and wheels on with the Tpms but may not be able to program them to the car. I was nervous about scuffing the wheels when mounting and balancing bc they were brand new and lower profile tires on painted wheels. However Jason took very good care of the wheels through out the process and the machinery used plastic tooling to mount so no scuffing or paint chipping due to equipment. Very friendly and didn't mind that I waited around in shop and watched overall very happy with the turnout.
