I had an unusual offer that required some additional work to figure out but they handled it with aplomb. Mike and Sunny took the time to respond to several emails and calls over the course of a couple of days, answering all questions and promising to find an answer if they had none. Once we got there to sign the paperwork, we were greeted by Shawn. He is very lighthearted and jovial and just a nice dude. He took the time to give us a quick rundown of the features of the vehicle, making sure we knew everything we needed to know about how to operate it. It was then revealed to us that they didn't actually have one of the accessories that we had asked for, but they had sent someone to drive to Toledo to acquire it from another dealership, and that he would be back any minute. Talk about going above and beyond. Finally, we met with Sunny to sign all the paperwork, and she was such a joy to work with. Very personable and kind, we honestly spent half the time just talking and telling personal stories. After all was said and done, Sunny handed us the keys and we went out to the car to find Shawn running the AC to cool it down for us. We said goodbye and started the drive back to Fort Wayne. Oh, and did I mention that everyone stayed 2 hours after close to make sure we were all set and good to go? Unbelievable service!

When a rock was…read morekicked across the highway, scraping the hood of my car, shattering the windshield, and damaging the roof, I knew that's where I wanted my vehicle to go to be repaired. What I didn't know is that Caliper Collision had bought them out. No big deal, it's a preferred repair shop for my insurance company, so I'm sure it will be fine. Boy, was I wrong. My car was damaged on 8/4/21. L&M Towing in Vermilion came to get it that day and it was towed to Caliper in Monroeville that afternoon. All of the photos from the scene were sent to my insurance and I discussed in detail with the collision shop as to what damage was done. Payment was issued on 8/6/21 and repairs started to happen. It took longer than usual to get the windshield as it had to be OEM and I understood that because everything is taking some time with COVID. On 8/19/21 my car was finally completed and my husband went to pick it up. Not only had they not done the repair to the damage on the roof of the car, they had over sprayed my bumper and windows. The roof was pointed out and we had a picture from the accident scene yet they just didn't do it? Completely unacceptable. He was told that they would get it fixed and that it would be ready for pick up again soon. On 8/23/21 I was called and told that the overspray was taken care of and that the roof had been repaired. Again my husband went to pick it up. This time the paint was beautiful but the interior of the car still has glass pieces in it and there were black greasy handprint on the tan headliner and sun visor. He was told they would get it cleaned up, again, and it would be ready in the morning. I went to day, 8/24/21 to attempt to pick the car up again. The body work is perfect and the interior is clean but they decided to put my EZ pass and dash cam back on the windshield. This would be fine if they had put them where they belonged but they just put them wherever they wanted to put them. The EZ pass is not up and behind the mirror as I had it but in my line of vision. The dash cam placement now catches the block box behind the rearview mirror so I won't have a clear view of the road on camera. Yes, these can be moved but they should have never been put back on without being crystal clear as to where they went. I shouldn't have to scrape them off of a brand new windshield and remove the glue and place them again. The lady in the office offered to have them fix it but I didn't have the time or patience to wait any longer for my vehicle. Overall I am frustrated and exhausted with this experience. Work that was done was done lazily and some work was just skipped, and although all issues were fixed, it should have never happened like this. The EZ pass and dash cam are frankly not a big deal, but after dealing with issues for almost 3 weeks I am a little more than annoyed that I have to take the time to remove them, clean the windshield, and put them where they belong. I most definitely would not recommend this repair shop to anyone.

The management that hired me where good actually nice and professional guys also cared about thier sales team, but after the first month I watched my GM get shown the door. Then the following months the used car manager quit showed him self the door. Leaving my friend that was the finance manager to be the used manager and GM. Then the owner came out to desk deals. This is where the bad started to happen. He was soo confident in him self he lost me several deals. Then had the audacity to say he's made more sales than anyone there. The dude is a joke with the temperament of a child. The sales team is cool but the owner makes it the worst environment. My point is if you wanna buy a vehicle that isn't technically rebuilt but pretty close to it this is the place. As an example I sold a Jeep Grand Cherokee to this nice service customer for it to already have issues of not starting right away. Also if you buy a used durango from them take it to your own mechanic before buying sense service workers are good people but have the fear that the owner will fire them. So they will do shady things on his behalf. Also even if you buy your vehicle from them and you don't buy a extended warranty they tell the customer it's on them.

On July 11, 2019 I went in to this place of business. I bought a used as is vehicle. When I was…read moretalking to Arnie I told him that I needed a reliable vehicle for my 16 year old daughter to drive. I told him that I understood that it is a used car and I knew there would be issues down the road... The car is a 2004 Pontiac Sunfire with 171,000 miles on it. He said it was a good running car. Today is August 4, 2019. So far my daughter has driven this car 4 times. 3 of those times was to the mechanic. He sold me a car with no working horn. When I told him it wasn't working he checked the fuses and said it might be a relay switch... Didn't knock any money off. The windshield wiper fluid didn't work and the battery was loose. As soon as we drive off the lot the front end starts popping when in took it to the mechanic they said it needed struts. I ended up taking it to a different local mechanic who after replacing the struts said it needed tire rod ends because the wheels were moving all over the place. We have the car back less than 24 hours and the check engine light comes on. Take it to the mechanic and it needs the 4th cool (this happens to the the long coil pack whatever that means) and spark plugs. I call Leonhardts at this point. He tells me it's my fault I paid so much because I didn't take it to his guy who only looks at what he tells them to look at and that I need to order parts online like he does. Did I mention that I am putting my 16 year old daughter in this car??? Then he calls my mechanic and yells at him saying he is over charging and shouldn't be looking for extra stuff... What the actual fuck!!! Now after the plugs and coil were replaced my daughter gets in it today and the check engine light is on AGAIN!!! Now... I understand that I paid for as is but I want everyone to know what a skunk this guy is. How he only cares about the money... I paid $2400.00 for this and so far out another $1300.00 the blue book value isn't even with this... Whatever you do, look elsewhere for a vehicle if you want dependable.
