I was working blind as the car was in Ohio and I was in California. Mike sent me detailed photos and even had their body ship address a minor scrape on the quarter panel. I asked if they would certify it so it would be covered under GM's CPO program. Mike took care of that at no extra charge. His communication was timely and thorough. He sent me all the documents next day and once I wired the payment. He sent the finalized documents as well. I arranged the shipping of the car to California. It arrived just over a week later and was exactly as described. I would highly recommend Sharpnack for your next car purchase, even if you are not in Ohio!

After I waited 3 hours ... they finally inspected them was told it would cost over $600.00 I made this appointment and drove from Canton, Michigan. Received great deals on my previous two new car purchases from them. Gave me $1000 more on a trade in. That's why I traveled all the way to Ohio. They were endorsed by my coworkers in Toledo. Michael Marmol and Tim Howell were very cordial but didn't have a lot of new or used inventory for what I was looking for.

My brother and I thought that seemed unusually high, so I called Beers Automotive for a second opinion. Jeff took the time to explain everything and quoted me approximately $200-$250. More importantly, he treated my dad with kindness, respect, and honesty. He made sure the work was done properly, kept me informed throughout the process, and personally called me when everything was complete. The final bill came to just $249.56--exactly what he had quoted. In today's world, it's refreshing to find a business that values people over profits. As someone from a small town, I especially appreciate the kind of customer service where you're treated like a person, not just another number. Jeff and everyone at Beers Automotive earned my trust, and I'm truly grateful for the care they showed my father. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional, and dependable automotive service.

I walked in thinking I had an appointment on the roster because I'd scheduled it through the Monro…read morewebsite. Turns out the website doesn't forward reservation information to this store and to make matters worse the phone number on the website is wrong. Stick to Google, that data is accurate and call the store to make a reservation. Thankfully, when I walked in at 3:30 on New Year's Eve 2024, they weren't busy. I expressed the frustration I had with my wife's car pulling to the right despite a recent alignment elsewhere (that other location has been hit/miss on alignments before so I was unsure) . They put the car on the alignment rack and verified it's straight which meant the car had a radial pull (damaged belt causing incorrect tire shape at speed) which would explain why it got worse the faster the car travels. Chris the store manager was friendly, and was quick to grab an impact himself and help the crew get the tire swap done in what had to be the fastest service I've ever seen (all four tires off and back on in under 20 minutes). It helped being the only customer there (showing up just a couple hours before close on the last day of the year) I'm sure. The website inventory listed more affordable tires and so the sticker shock hurt a bit, but frankly after the 45 minute drive home in pouring rain, I'm grateful that all they actually had in our size was the "Cooper Endeavor Plus", their grip in the wet and cornering at speed finally makes the car drive the way it was intended with a 65k mileage warranty, and the cheap Chinese Lexani tires the previous owner put on it are a distant memory. Plus with lifetime mount and balance, rotations are included, which will be nice. I will be back in the future.
