I decided to wait on the repair as I considered how to pay for it. After a couple of days spent pondering what to do, I decided to get some other repair quotes for comparison. My first stop was at Rick Yusi Automotive, who was referred to me by a friend plus their reviews were impressive. Not only was the repair quote less than half the cost of the original quote, but they did an amazing job replacing these critical safety parts. Additionally, while researching a check engine light warning, they discovered my gas cap was defective. Rocky called to tell me it might be the reason for the warning and asked if I wanted him to replace it. I told him to replace the gas cap and sure enough, no more check engine light. I expected that it would be an overnight turn around for the repair, given how busy they were, but imagine my surprise after dropping my car off in the morning to receive a call that it was finished by early afternoon. It's very hard to find service like this at such a great price. This will definitely be my new auto repair shop. I highly recommend Rick Yusi Automative for any and all repairs! They Rock!! Thanks so much guys for the great service and for a job well done!!

The son Rocky does what is quick and will only put a Band-Aid on the situation but won't keep your car in good shape. I am very disappointed to have been a customer for so long to now having to find another mechanic. Rocky had just completed a brake job a few months ago to tell me that it needed it again. Rocky told me something on my car was damaging the brake pad but couldn't/didn't tell me what. He did replace the brake pad but did not correct the issue. I don't have confidence anymore in the repairs that this shop does. I will not be returning to this shop.

Talked to a family friend who has lived in the area for a long time and they recommended S A Koch. I can tell you that I am SO glad I went here. THIS is the type of local company that deserves my/your business. Here is my experience in a nutshell, hope this helps: - I had to sit and wait for my 60k inspection to get done and because they didn't want me to wait, they moved up immediately in the lineup. - When inspecting, the owner came over and told me that my front breaks needed to be replaced as well as the serpentine belt (not surprised at all, haven't done it in 67k miles), he was so nice, he said he would drive me back home on his lunch break so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. - Got to chatting and the owner and several of his workers are all firefighters (that alone earns bonus points in my book). - He called me back in a few hours, told me what all they found, gave me the cost. Just to be sure I checked on several websites to compare for fairness ( www.automd.com/repaircost ; this is an awesome site to estimate repair costs). He was about 20% less than some of the lowest estimates for everything he did. Will I be back? Without hesitation.
