Integrity Towing showed up super fast, completed the job super fast, and charged exactly what we were quoted. After discovering that the AAA was not paid and being jerked around by one service and then by another, we called Integrity Towing. On the phone, we assumed that when he said 40cash/45debit that he was going to charge us 85 USD. David said "I am sorry for wasting your time, we only have 70 cash." The man on the phone laughed. "40 cash." He reiterated. Ed showed up in minutes and was true to his word. A few minutes after he arrived, the car was open and the day was saved!

It's been a year, he is out of rehab, still never paid for the damage or anything.... His character is poor and he could never ever still be sober because in sobriety you have to make amends for wrongs you do to others so I'm guessing he's still running an insurance less crack house poorly and calling it a garage... Don't go there for anything, they're not even good at fixing cars, outside the wreck I had to pay Honda to redo the work I paid them to do... I hope the feds raid him and charge him with tax crimes so he loses his business license... Because let's be realistic ppl who don't pay damages or have insurance for sure have questionable business ethics with how they run everything else.... I'm pretty sure nobody there's even certified...

I called three towing companies before calling Johnny's - I should have called Johnny's first. No other tow companies were open, or could dispatch a tow truck to me for several hours. Johnny's driver arrived at my car in less than 30 minutes. The driver let my dog ride in the cab with us, and after arriving at our destination, was willing to back the tow truck up my driveway to put the vehicle in the garage - no easy feat in the middle of the day, let alone the middle of the night. Don't bother calling the others- Call Johnny's first. My tow operator told me they staff 2 trucks from midnight to 8 AM - perfect for those late night emergencies. Five stars.

Highway robbery!!!…read more They did a good job with the tow service and were quick to the scene! They even let us remove the brokers freight from our truck before it was impounded. But at what cost? Their customer service was terrible! We waited days for responses from their team! They charged us roughly $25,000 for a roll over tow and a clean up. It felt as if we were being purposely price gouged to an extreme to force us to use our insurance. Their lack of communication was unacceptable along with their poor customer service. I'd never recommend this company to anybody! The owner Micheal also wasn't happy by my word of choice in an email by saying "per usual" referring to their lack of communication and decided to add $7,000 to our bill as "storage fees" that he previously agreed to not charge us. He also wouldn't release the truck unless we zelled them the difference between what the insurance covered and what was left over ($5,000). He would not let us use a credit card because he was scared we would dispute the charge. That alone says a lot about the type of company Micheal runs. "I will not risk a charge back" , these are his words. I've been in the trucking industry for over 5 years and have never been forced to pay a bill via Zelle or my truck wouldn't be released. On a side note, Jenn at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with as are most of his employees.
