I was working blind as the car was in Ohio and I was in California. Mike sent me detailed photos and even had their body ship address a minor scrape on the quarter panel. I asked if they would certify it so it would be covered under GM's CPO program. Mike took care of that at no extra charge. His communication was timely and thorough.
