The shop did not tighten the lug nuts down on my front passenger tire. Thank God it did not come off once I hit highway speeds, and it started to violently wobble. They also mixed the nuts so now I have standard and metric on my car hubs. So I'm glad it was only the one tire cause I don't have a metric socket in the car to take off the wheels or tighten them. read more

I'm newer to the area and have been here 3 times before, thought I'd finally write a review to save other people in the Marion area the time and money. Jeff and Jeffrey were very rude. I couldn't speak or explain what I wanted done without them trying to talk over me. As I was pulling into the bay and up onto the service platform, Jeffrey was telling me which way to turn my wheels to straighten out the car... I did exactly what he told me to and then yells at me and starts shaking his head, saying I was going the wrong way? The only positive was that my oil change and filter replacement were done quickly. The two technicians, Jeff and Jeffrey, need to learn some customer service. If you can't or don't want to deal with customers, don't have a job where face-to-face interaction is a key part of it. Very different experience from what I am use to from Columbus area jiffy lubes. I pulled up to door and both sides had cars in it. We waited about 10-15 minutes and was never once acknowledged by any of their 4 employees. A "hello" takes maybe 1.2 seconds and a " we will be right with you as soon as possible," would probably take 2.5 seconds. The man approached me and then didn't even say hello and never asked what service I would like. He gruffly answered my question on how much a conventional oil change would be and rushed my daughter and I out of the car. Still not asking me what service I wanted. Maybe I was there for a transmission flush? We went into the waiting area which had chairs with rips and torn pleather. Like maybe replace with 6 metal chairs from Walmart for $10 each and it would feel a lot less grungy. Another gentleman then came out to usher me then"inspection and give me the routine speech of you need air filters, synthetic oil, and so on. I had to cut him off completely twice and told him I was interested in only the conventional and that I have had my engine replaced twice and he proceeded to tell me that it was probably due to conventional oil ...(and not the 1.5 million kia engine recall that I only know so much because I have dealt with this situation and he did not). I also was told repeatedly that the coupon I had wouldn't work because it was a website for stores in "California." I had to pry and repeatedly ask how to get the coupon for this place. Is this franchise owned? Ridiculous. So all being said, I would not recommend and definitely will not be returning. There are too many oil places in Columbus with professional, friendly and courteous employees to interact with and to spend my precious money on. Definitely not women friendly and definitely some education needed in customer service and how to interact with the general public. You can do better Jiffy. read more

Aweful! One thing you should not have to do after a oil change is to make sure the hood is latched! !! Drove 17 miles home to realize the hood was still OPENED! We watched them go over the truck, when we asked if they had checked the tire pressure, we were advise yes, it had been checked. After they pulled the truck out, the tires were checked with a tire pressure from my glove compartment, they were all over inflated. They had not checked them. They did come out and let the air out of them. Nick who works there was super helpful. read more

Went somewhere else and they are fine. Manager was indifferent so must be a group scheme going on. Karma will get them :) read more

They always give quick and excellent service. When I go to this location. It may be a little more expensive but considering what they do and you do not have to make appointments and wait 2 to 3 hours to get a oil change. I will recommend this location to all. read more

Jiffy lube in marion ohio over filled my transmission by 2 quarts of transmission fluid i have documentation of this from there tech now a month later my seals are blown out they say this is not there fault i do plan to follow a claim in court in the next few days for the cost of my transmission i also have a video of the tech saying it ok to over foll fluids in a car read more

I went here to get an oil change. and they went over and reviewed everything with me.the guy said how much the amount was so fast that I agreed with it,and then he said it again at the end and I said no.I will go somewhere else and get it done because I know somewhere that's cheaper. And he said well we probably already have the oil drained out by now. So I ended up paying for my oil change the took -$10 off of it but I still had to end up paying the oil change when I said I would go somewhere else. And my friend called and trying to get a refund for me and they were saying that I should've asked for a re-review and I had no idea that I had to ask for that. Point is I try to go somewhere elseand they had are you drain my oil out without my permission my advice never go there read more
