Turns out the website doesn't forward reservation information to this store and to make matters worse the phone number on the website is wrong. Stick to Google, that data is accurate and call the store to make a reservation. Thankfully, when I walked in at 3:30 on New Year's Eve 2024, they weren't busy. I expressed the frustration I had with my wife's car pulling to the right despite a recent alignment elsewhere (that other location has been hit/miss on alignments before so I was unsure) . They put the car on the alignment rack and verified it's straight which meant the car had a radial pull (damaged belt causing incorrect tire shape at speed) which would explain why it got worse the faster the car travels. Chris the store manager was friendly, and was quick to grab an impact himself and help the crew get the tire swap done in what had to be the fastest service I've ever seen (all four tires off and back on in under 20 minutes). It helped being the only customer there (showing up just a couple hours before close on the last day of the year) I'm sure. The website inventory listed more affordable tires and so the sticker shock hurt a bit, but frankly after the 45 minute drive home in pouring rain, I'm grateful that all they actually had in our size was the "Cooper Endeavor Plus", their grip in the wet and cornering at speed finally makes the car drive the way it was intended with a 65k mileage warranty, and the cheap Chinese Lexani tires the previous owner put on it are a distant memory. Plus with lifetime mount and balance, rotations are included, which will be nice. I will be back in the future.

I showed up and was told there was no record of me in the system and was questioned the entire appointment by numerous staff members about how I booked it, if I was at the correct place, used the correct website, etc. I showed the emails and texts to confirm. While sitting throughout my time there, there were two other female customers who were told they needed unnecessary and high priced items such as windshield wipers and filters. I went in due to suspected electrical issues or sensor issues. I was told I needed a new radiator which did not match up to what the issue was at all. This was an extremely overpriced ($1000+) outcome and would not have solved the issue I went in for at all. I paid for a $200 vehicle inspection but did not get those results, only "radiator needs replaced". Extremely unhappy that I paid $200 and didn't receive the actual inspection results. My vehicle is a 2020 and has not been in an accident, gone off-roading and is well-maintained. I proceeded to leave and go get three other opinions that all said my radiator was fine. Once they received our info which actually came from the Ohio State Patrol, they reached us within 30 minutes. Jim, the tow driver, was awesome and helped immediately and got our vehicle back home. I really appreciate the service that Hensley's gave and the willingness to tow our vehicle the 80 miles on a Sunday evening when other companies bailed out.
