They told us we'd have to wait two to three hours to be seen. I called another place, but they had closed over a year ago. Then my sibling found Cooper Services on Google. I called them, explained the situation, and they said they could help us right away. When we arrived, I gave them my information and keys, and they started working on the car immediately. They found a large bolt stuck in my tire and put on a high-quality patch that should last for two years. They explained what kind of patch they used and how they fixed it (with a demonstration). The staff was so kind and understanding, and thanks to them, we got home much earlier than expected. They made both my twin and me feel at ease, and my family too. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their community. I wish I lived closer, because I'd always go to them for car issues. The whole repair cost less than $40. Not because they found more damage, but the first guy mess up the quote. Now they refuse to honor their quote. Classic bait and switch. I waited until almost 11:00 a.m. without my vehicle ever being serviced. When I finally went inside to ask for my keys so I could leave, no one seemed attentive or concerned that I had been waiting that long. The lack of communication and customer service was disappointing. I left without having any work done and won't be returning. There are too many shops that value their customers' time to accept this kind of experience.
