He sent me all the documents next day and once I wired the payment. He sent the finalized documents as well. I arranged the shipping of the car to California. Steve the service advisor wasn't clear on price for a brake job on my Buick Envision. Quoted me $490 for front brakes only. After I waited 3 hours ... they finally inspected them was told it would cost over $600.00 I made this appointment and drove from Canton, Michigan. Wasted time and money ($ 94.00 for them to do a brake inspection) Would never go back to there to their service dept. Dealt with Vehicle salesmen before they always treated me well. Received great deals on my previous two new car purchases from them. Gave me $1000 more on a trade in. That's why I traveled all the way to Ohio. They were endorsed by my coworkers in Toledo. Michael Marmol and Tim Howell were very cordial but didn't have a lot of new or used inventory for what I was looking for. read more

A Class Dealership I purchased a used Mustang from Sharpnack in 2020 in Willard Ohio. The documents that I signed indicated that the car had a navigation system. I live in Indianapolis and the dealership delivered the car to my house, a nice customer service. After driving the car, I realized that the car did not have a navigation system. Sharpnack's website talked about the Company being founded on high family values, treating the customer right and doing business in an ethical manner. So I sent off a letter to the President (son of the founder} about the missing Nav System. In a few days Jeff Neibler, Sharpnack's General Manager, called me and we discussed the missing Nav System. He told me that the dealer documentation system that they were using at the time defaulted to the car having a Nav System (subsequently replaced by a different system). He apologized, said Sharpnack would make it right and then they reimbursed me for the installation of a new Nav System. Over the years I have purchased a number of vehicles from a number of dealers - some very good and some that were extremely bad. I would put the Sharpnack Group at the top of the very good list based on my experience with Sharpnack. Nice to do business with a company that does business the right way. read more

I had been thinking about buying a new car because the miles on my Buick Regal had been adding up. I had intended to wait until late summer but once I decided on a car I started doing homework on what exactly "certified pre-owned" meant. Once I started to look around and see what the prices were on certified pre-owned vehicles in the Akron/Cleveland market I thought I was going to have to change my vehicle selection from a Cadillac to a more affordable import.
